Love this product and my body loves it also. Fiber is necessary for regular digestive elimination and these supplements help provide the daily requirement sometimes lacking in food.

These capsules work just as they should. NO increased gas! and they help us maintain (ahem) our schedule. It is especially nice because one of my medicine side effects in constipation....taking 2 of these capsules each day makes that a non-issue. I prefer the capsules to other 'stir in' type products....easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I find Kirkland has the best price for the item but I prefer no to have to go into the big box store to buy these...this is cheaper considering that I don't have to travel (plus time savings!)

I have been searching non-stop for a Psyllium Husk Fiber that does NOT Contain any additives or Sugar to give to my 3 Siberian Huskies. All 3 of my Siberian Huskies were having loose to very soft stools & after doing some research online, I discovered that an all natural Psyllium Husk fiber therapy is alright to give to dogs & that it can be very beneficial & help Alot with dogs that have IBS, (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Well, when I started giving my dogs this product, I was SCEPTICAL about seeing any Changes in my Huskies Stools, but after giving all 3 of my Huskies this product for about 2 weeks, their Stools Started to firm up....no more Squirts!!!! Momma is HAPPY, & so are my Huskies! I give my Huskies 1/2 of the Recommended "People Adult Dose". I Break Open 3 Capsules & Sprinkle it on top of each one of their food every morning & that's it. I give them 3 Capsules sprinkled on each one of their food one time a day. I No Longer have Runny Stools to try & scrape off the ground & there isn't any problem with getting my dogs to eat their food, as these capsules (when broken open) do not have Any Sugar or Flavor to it. I am so IMPRESSED by the Change I have seen in my Huskies Stools that I just bought some more of it while it is being sold at such a Reasonable price to have enough to give to my 3 Huskies every day for the next year. I don't know how well this would work for People, as I have NOT Tried this Personally, but if it works this well for my 3 Huskies (giving them 1/2 of the adult dosing), I am sure it would work just as well for Adult People. As long as this keeps working for my dogs, I will keep coming back to get more! This is an AWESOME Product at a very REASONABLE Price!! I HIGHLY Recommend this Product to anyone who is wanting to firm up their stools or even their dogs stools! Give this a Try. After about 2 weeks you will be AMAZED at the Difference!

Works just as good as the name brand but at a fraction of the cost.

Supplement Facts listed in posting DOES NOT match what is printed on the bottle. Close, but no cigar. Misleading at best; disappointing for sure.

It works, and is a great supplementation to help with digestion, all my family consume it now, don’t be scared to take so “many capsules” I know could be a lot but is worth it, I take 4 of this once a day, some people need more or less, you have to try different dosis until you get yours, I started taking 3 then 4! also very gentle! I was scared of getting a weird reaction, but no! And it works,I take other than just this, about other 7 supplements more, probiotics, vitamins, so if I have to I have to, is the only way my body works better also have a very straight diet but some women like me project stress in our stomach, that’s when we need supplements to support us ! This is great

I take these pills for diverticulitis and i can’t stand the taste of the powder. I’ve been using these for years since my diagnosis and have had no more infections. They are a great value for the amount you get.
