Great price, lasts a long time and most importantly it works!
This stuff works! Same stuff as metimusal minus the flavoring at a fraction of the cost. Obviously, it doesn’t taste as good, but if you add a teaspoon of drink mix or some juice it does the job. Easy to use and lasts awhile.

Works well...
After years with no trouble, terrible constipation hit. No idea why; no change of diet, etc. Looking for solutions psyllium husk was ordered along with cascara sagrada, Aug. '23. Using the powder now. A heaping teaspoon in about 12 oz. of water with a few other supplements in a shaker with a wire ball. Let it set for about an hour shaking occasionally. Drink it after brunch. Never have an issue with gel like so many do. No taste at all and no problem drinking it. Really helps. Does cause gas. I'm 79 going on 80 in a few months.

Great for those who don't want the sweetened and flavored powders
If you're used to taking flavored psyllium husk powder, this does take some getting used to. If you're mixing it with anything other than just water, it may not be too bad, but the first time I tried this with just a scoop of chia seeds and a glass of water, it tasted like dirt. Once you get past the initial shock of the unflavored taste though, it's really not too bad. If you are one who likes the sweetened and flavored stuff, you probably won't like this one or you'll need to mix it with something that has a strong flavor. I like that it's unflavored so you have a lot of flexibility in what you can mix it in. Other than the taste, it works just like any other psyllium husk powder.

Not tasteless
Works well it seems but yeah..there's no "putting this is water and drinking it" unless your taste buds don't work. Do yourself a favor and put in some yogurt or something to hide the taste.

Good product, good value. Left too long in water too long though it turns to interesting sludge.
I have this mixed with water every day. I can't really say it's been working but I have no reason to think it isn't and it was recommended by my doctor so what the hey. And I see no reason to buy a famous or more expensive brand instead. As others have said, though, it is a bit of a science experiment if you leave it in solution for too long. After several hours it becomes a most curious sludge, though I haven't seen it actually begin to walk or even crawl about.

Great product, but tastes awful
This stuff is a great fiber option, but I'll be honest - it tastes awful. I don't know how people say it's tasteless - it's really not. And it gels really quickly, so down it as soon as you can. I paused once, trying to get it all mixed into the water, and ended up having to eat it with a spoon. It doesn't mix well with the water, so just combine the powder and water, mix it quick and chug. I'm going to try it with juice to see if that helps the taste any. I like this product, but I don't know how long I can force myself to take it, tasting as it does.

Great fiber: Awful taste
Let’s start with the positive: I love that the product is organic, not full of nonsense or chemicals. It’s strictly psyllium husk and that’s it. If you’re looking for a clean fiber source this is an excellent option. The taste is awful. It’s taste like wet dirty cardboard and is both difficult to get down and the taste lingers for a while.
