The media could not be loaded. I noticed that the capsule was lighter in weight so decided to cut it open and it was empty! I was happy with it before, but not anymore!

I like this multivitamin. It is easy to swallow and do not give off that “vitamin smell”. I like that they are halal so there are no issues with their ingredients.

I am a big proponent of a daily vitamin as there is no way my diet can provide all the nutrients my body needs.There are so many of these supplements and they are not regulated by FDA, so I always look for quality even before looking at the ingredients.These Halal, tested, cGMP vitamins show they are good quality. Halal requirements are very stringent with respect to the cleanliness of machines, the supply chain, and operations. For animal products there are even requirements for animal care and the minimization of suffering. It's a pretty big deal and I intentionally look for this rare Halal certification in supplements such as these. The cGMP and lab testing is icing on the cake for this good quality daily vitamin.Beyond the good quality, two liquid filled bovine gel capsules (non vegan) provide all the vitamins, minerals and ingredients I want in a daily vitamin with care not to provide more than is needed for the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) that do not clear the body as fast as water soluble vitamins (B, C, etc.).There is no taste or odor when I take these and I take one in the morning with breakfast and one in the afternoon to space out the amount of vitamins, minerals, and healthy blends of micronutirients my body has to absorb and use. The daily amount is two gel filled capsules and it's a bit confusing as the directions say 2 capsules 1 to two times daily. My humble opinion is 4 capsules a day would be overload and my daily dose is 2 capsules.Overall really happy with these very good valued and high quality vitamins and will definitely order these on my own dime as part of my daily health routine. The vitamins provide comprehensive support and are easy to incorporate into my routine. However, they are a bit sweeter than I'd prefer. Still, the benefits outweigh this minor drawback.
