We use this in an exercise room in our house. It is sturdy and the tiles are lightweight before assembly. You assemble them much like a jigsaw with interlocking grooves. The only drawback was the choice of color. I choose dark gray/black which in hindsight was maybe a mistake. Most exercise equipment and weights are also black so everything blends together. It would have been some lighter muted colors to choose from.

I made a checkerboard with the red and black tiles. It looks very cute! It is in front of my TV for doing weights and stretching while watching TV. No excuses!!

The mat is soft, easy to put together and 2 people can use it at the same time.

The mat provides better grip than traditional mats like this. It also provides better cushion for softer landings and less impact when doing exercises that involve jumping. Seems sturdy so far but have only been using for a couple weeks.

It’s everything you said...it’s perfect for my laundry room...I have a bad back and left foot...hard for me to stay on my feet for long periods of time...this matting is great! And the red is awesome!

Really like these. Doing a basement workout room with these, bought enough for about 1/6 of the room wanting to see what I thought before spending the money. Once they arrived, put them down and loved them. Tried to order more, but they’ve been out of stock for quite some time.Ordered directly from the company.
