It is about as nice as you'd expect for less than $20. On my model, there are a few errant dots of red near the nose and some white spots in the vertical stabilizer graphic. If you are looking for an EXACT scale replica, this might not be the one for you. But I, personally, did not notice the imperfections in mine until this question made me scrutinize it.

Does the plane come off the stand? Looking for a kid.

It does. It is held on by friction, but with gentle pressure can be removed.

Does it have come with wheels

No. It has a small plastic stand.
