I'm confused
So...I bought this book because the author has/had Crohn's disease (as do I) and I thought this would be a good cookbook written for people that also have digestive issues such as Crohn's.There are some interesting recipes in this cookbook that I will try but I'm rather disappointed by how many recipes include some form of nut (peanut, almond, etc.) as a main ingredient. Nuts are one of the main foods that most Crohn's patients avoid as they are hard to digest and rough on our systems.

The best gift
This book is perfect for everyone that need great and healthy recipes to put in practice your healthy life. I met Meghan because I took a healthy program with her that really shows me another way of healthy living. At the beginning this change can be very difficult though you have o quit t a lot of delicious food that you like to eat, such as bread, pizzas, brownies, cookies, pasta, etc… but the good thing of this book it's that it will show you the easiest pass to do it. You will find a lot of advises and recipes that will not make you want what you were eating and the best thing of all is that you will start feeling so good that you will just want to try all of the recipes. You should definitely have it at home and consider this book as a gift for people you love though it will change their life in such a good way that everybody will so grateful of having this book at home.

My Favorite Cookbook!
I have a lot of cookbooks and usually I only make 1-2 recipes out of them, but with this cookbook I have made tons of the recipes and each one has been amazing! If you have any diet restrictions or are cooking for anyone who does, this is a great cookbook to have because all of the recipes are gluten and dairy free and many include modifications to accommodate other dietary needs/preferences (soy free, grain free, vegan, nut free, etc). Meghan's writing style is fun and easy to read and this book is full of valuable information for building a healthy diet. Overall, this book is a delight and a very valuable tool for anyone who wants to make food that builds health.

It's Okay
I've tried a few recipes, and they are okay. I'm not really impressed with the recipes, honestly. I so wanted to love this book. The tofu scramble is really good, however the way the recipe is, there's a lack of freshness easily fixed by tossing it with chopped fresh spinach, lemon juice, fresh basil, parsley, cilantro, chives, fresh chopped tomatoes, etc. So the recipe itself fell short for me, but did get me started on making a really great recipe by the time I was done. The butternut apple soup was..kind of gross. I don't know why, i just did not care for it. Same with some of the other recipes. The little hash brown cakes took forever to cook, and by the time they finished, they tasted so unhealthy to me. Not clean like I hoped. I'll try more recipes but for now, I'm moving on to other cookbooks and putting this one in the bookcase.

My favorite new cookbook
Awesome cookbook. Meghan is a gem. Her writing is so informative and her style of writing so much fun, that I couldn't wait to start cooking and learning more about adding more plant based foods to my diet. Her recipes work, and they are delicious.

Great recipe's and great course!
Great recipes - I've tried many of them and they're fantastic. I love the tips she gives on the side of each recipe as well. I took her Culinary Nutrition Expert course - I'd highly recommend it to anybody that wants to learn how to make healthy cooking a way of life!

Delicious and Nutritious!
Meghan is a breath of fresh air in the health industry. She's always honest and well researched. And beyond that her recipes are delicious and built to nourish your body at the same time. So, this cookbook is a win-win. Some of my favorites that I make on repeat are the Creamed Mushroom Love Soup, Balsamic Roasted Veggies and the Unshepherd's Pie! Yum! There are also some game changing clean beauty recipes in it. This is a must buy!

Love the simple, whole and creative recipes
There are so many delicious recipes in here that have become family staples in our house. The Parfection is one that we make twice a week and is just awesome on the go and at home and we've made most other recipes in the last couple months since we've had the book.Since having a couple diagnoses in our family (IBD for one, Hashimotos for another and Celiac for another) we had to make changes for all of us and this just provides so much deliciousness in a world of alternative recipe blogs that are just not good. My wife has now even signed up for the DNE program with Meghan to learn more in depth and develop her own recipes.I highly recommend this cookbook if you are looking for healthy but delicious recipes, and a cheeky author.

A fabulous, family friendly, whole foods cookbook
Meghan Telpner's Undiet Cookbook is one of the best cookbooks I have found in a very long time. It is a wonderful addition to our cookbook library, with stunning photography, delicious recipes and fabulous additional content. I cook a lot with my kids, and loved seeing how excited they got about all of the delicious choices, as we went through the book to put together our weekly meal plan. The book is a wonderful reference point for someone who might be new to the world of healthy, whole food cooking, but it is also a fabulous resource for people (like us!) who have been cooking like this for a while. I loved all of the additional tips and resources, as well as the Lifestyle section, complete with some great DIY recipes to help maintain a healthy lifestyle, inside and out. The entertaining section contains some fantastic meal plan ideas that I will be sure to reference the next time we host friends and family for dinner! While all of the recipes are fantastic, some highlights for us were the Ronsonian Pumpkin Soup, the TLT Deluxe Sandwich, the Sunflower Power Spread (the ultimate kid friendly snack, served on slices of cucumber!), the Feet on the Earth Indian Stew and the Dressed to the Nines Sweet Potato. The Decadent Drinks section is pretty fabulous too. Having so many wonderful and accessible recipes at our fingertips is such a treat, I know that this cookbook will be a frequent reference point for us both now and in the future.

NOT Plant Based
Was expecting a plant based cookbook as advertised. Ingredients such as chicken and ghee etc throughout the book was disheartening. Will be removing
