Item is as described and as I remember. Good value, can’t say so much on the shipping, was supposed to be two day delivery and ended up being 4 days but guess other than that everything was okay.

I use this at a very low does, but long-term, under doctors care. The original does not have the extra sweeteners or additives that some substitutes and flavors have. That is important for my use. It is also a more consistent mix than duplicate substitutes. At least for me, sticking with the original works.

If you’re feeling a bit bunches up, then this is the product for you! It is for me anyways.... this is gentle and the timing of relief is predictable. With this product, you will not get stuck out at the park, or at coffee shop and need to ...we’ll you know, go. You can take this and know when to be near a toilet. You will feel so much better too. GREAT PRODUCT!

This is not the same quality as the store-bought version. Even after vigorous shaking, it remains thin, watery and ineffective. I made the mistake of purchasing this product before reading he reviews.

This stuff was recommended by my physician. I am an old man with typical constipation. If I have a dose of this every night before I go to bed, the problem is somewhat ameliorated.

It is a natural laxative and works very well. Fortunate that it is still available to order (not able to find here in Australia). Berries flavoured Would be better in taste wise but more pricey.

The milk of magnesia separates even after shaking the bottle vigorously. All three bottles have the same gritty texture. A google search states it may have been stored incorrectly (refrigerated or frozen). I have kept it in the cupboard since its arrival. It is not as effective and is dreadful to try to swallow the grit.
