This is a nice, sturdy feeling cable that does the job for an electric guitar. I like the combination of the angled connection at one end and the straight connection at the other end. I also feel confidence with the Fender label being on this item.

No hiss/noise, nice and flexible, doesn't get tangled easily, and it looks good. What more do you want?

I've played musical instruments since middle school. I played a Fender bass in high school. I've always been able to rely on Fender products and this cord is no different. I get rich full sound through my Peavy Bass Amp with this cord. It's very well made with the plug areas being reinforced as one would expect. The quality of the product - as expected (high). The cord is very flexible which is always nice. The length is perfect, but, lol, I chose it - so it really should be the right length! I've been using it a few years now (and yes, I'm just getting around to posting a review now), but in my opinion - it's best to use the product and see how it holds up - prior to posting a review. I would definitely be inclined to buy this cord again. No, I'm not being paid for my review - this is 100% unbiased and based on personal use - and personal choice when it came to acquiring it. So far so good!

I really love this series from Fender. I have two others and they’re all great. Fit and finish is nice and the cable ends are durable. The sound quality is also very good. Great value for the money.

I’ve been playing guitar and recording myself and various bands for fifteen years now. I was on the verge of splurging on some Mogami cables because I hadn’t gotten new cables for over three or so years. Then I really thought about it and decided that a lot of the more expensive premium cables are mostly marketing hype. Sure there’s something to be said for gold plated connectors and pure copper wires but these Fender cables are close enough to the highest end cables that any small differences between them are going to be negligible. So the cable itself is very sturdy and seems like it can handle quite a bit of abuse thanks to its cloth outer jacket and it’s very flexible too. I play single coil guitars almost exclusively and this cable doesn’t pick up outside noise like my old cheap cables do. That said they aren’t noiseless either but you have to take into account the whole system - from the guitar’s electronics to the patch cables on your pedal board to your amp, there are a lot of places in the chain where noise can be picked up and this cable isn’t going to contribute much to that noise. Tone is preserved well through this cable but the clarity you hear is quite subtle. In the end I would recommend this to anyone who needs a cable. Cables are very often overlooked and just as important to your sound as your amp and instrument. Cheap cables are going to be noticeably noisier and expensive cables aren’t worth the minor tonal upgrade unless you have cash to burn. This is a solid cable that’ll be more than adequate even for recording situations. Just remember to take the whole system into account: the shortest cable length you can get away with into your pedal board, high quality patch cables, and shielded guitar electronics will all play a much more significant role in creating a beautiful tone than just a single overly expensive instrument cable alone will.

This feels very high quality. It's much thicker than my other tweed covered cables that aren't Fender brand. Very nice, i'd buy one again.

Seems well made and works fine, but I don't know if you can tell from the product description that this cable is much thicker than a standard cable. Just something to take into consideration depending on how you plan to use it.

Le câble est très correct et de qualité. Cependant-->J'ai payé 8$ de plus pour la livraison le dimanche et Intelcom n'est jamais passé, rendu à 8h du soir le colis n'étais même pas en route sans aucune nouvelles mon plis, pour finalement me le faire livrer seulement en fin de journée le lendemain. Personne ne va me rembourser le 8$ supplémentaire que j'ai du payé pour une livraison plus rapide qui n'a pas eu lieu, c'est comme si on m'avait volé 8$.

A good quality cable can make a positive difference in sound quality. That's definitely true with the Fender cables.
