They used these at the wound center to hold a bandage in place over the wound before wrapping the leg in an elastic bandage. I asked them what that was because I didn't have it and they didn't know. They looked it up and gave me the brand name. I got a chuckle when I saw it was padding for under a cast and the wound specialists didn't know that.Works well because you just tear it and it sticks to itself. Note, it does not stretch. I was using rolled gauze at home, but I always needed scissors to cut it. this is much better.
