A great warranty
Sometimes the manufacturer doesn’t cover everything on certain items. This warranty provides a replacement as needed

That my power washer is protected against poor quality.
I usually do not purchase product protection but with the power washer, I want to make sure my machine is covered for replacement in case of failure.

Never honored the warranty
HiHad a 2 yr warranty and on the 14 months the unit stopped working.Just wanted to send it in and replace it.Sent in what info they asked for.Never heard back from them.Never got a refund

clean up issues
The chain saw works great but, we had to disassemble the whole thing in order to get built up residue from using. The saw won't run if the build up gets to be too much
