This is an extraordinary product. I never touch store-bought bread with genetically modified grains & other terrible ingredients. Every week I make a loaf of spelt bread by milling these grains, adding salt, yeast, butter & water. It is delicious. I would not buy spelt berries from anyone else.

Good flavor! Spelt makes a sticky dough. Maybe let it sit for several minutes to make it easier to work with. I like this very much.

I grind my grains for making bread for my family! It is important to me that I have highest quality available at a price I can afford! This product delivers! It packed well and I have never had issues with receiving it on time!

I usually do a test run and dry about 3 gallons worth to see how much water it looses. One time I received kernel that was OK, only losing additional 100-150 ml of water, another time it was closer to 300 ml from a 3 gallon bucket. I dry very carefully on low temp over period of 4 hours assisted with strong fan, so the end result is not bone dry by any means, just good enough for long term storage. Otherwise perfect.

I like the taste, as a first time consumer. I mixed with soft white wheat and mixed up some blueberry muffins. They're wonderful! I will buy these again!
