Sport-Brella Premiere XL UPF 50+ Umbrella Shelter for Sun and Rain Protection

I like the size, auger , and spf rating.My sportbrella was left open and unattended during lunch. Upon returning I found it destroyed by high winds.

My son plays travel baseball and this is perfect! Very easy to put up and take down and the quality is great! We easily fit 3 people under here during a downfall of rain. During the hotter months, we unfold the vents on the side and get a nice breeze. During the cooler months, the heat gets trapped inside making it a bit warmer to sit under. This was worth every penny!

We use this every weekend at sporting events it beats having to setup a tent constantly and you can take this with you from field to field. Very durable product I have owned 3 over the last 5 years but again we use it nearly every weekend

Umbrella worked well. Only issue is the clamp to hold the umbrella to the bottom pole is not very strong. I was in the water at the beach, looked up and my wife was chasing the umbrella. A big gust of wind pulled it out from the bottom pole that screws into the sand. I ended up connecting the rope and stake on the wind side to help keep it down. Might have to drill hole and put pin.

Check your umbrella when it arrives!I love the SportBrella, used one for like seven seasons at the NJ beach with my family. When that one finally started showing its age I got us a new one. It sat in its box for a year unopened while I wrung all the life out of the first one that I could.Opened the box on the first day of our shore trip this year and the thing came apart upon my first opening of it. The wire at the top that captures each rib of the umbrella had entirely let go and the umbrella was useless as soon as I closed it the first time. It came out of the box and went into the trash on the same day. And because I bought it over a year ago there seems to be no way to return it or get a credit. So by all means buy one of these-but make sure it’s in good shape when it arrives!

The media could not be loaded. The winds were whipping on the beach and this held up well! I was behind part of a retaining wall to try to get a little break from the sand blowing everywhere. I put it up by myself in strong winds with little trouble. The only tricky part was putting the top on the stick in the wind but it wasn’t bad at all! Many tent style setups bit the dust that day! And I was in the peak wind area where the ocean met the bay on the southern tip of the island. Good sun protection as well!

Held up in the wind and light rain the day we went to the beach. Only slight thing that was a bit difficult was getting the anchors to stay down in the sand. The side panels did flap in the wind a bit because of that. Otherwise, highly recommend! It was moderately windy when we used it and it held up and was sturdy!

Super fast delivery! I was debating about purchasing this umbrella because of the reviews. I used this once so far at my son’s soccer game. It’s plenty big and kept us out of the sun. My husband is 6’2” and he was able to sit in his chair with lots of room to spare. The side windows was a nice touch. It had plenty of stakes to hold down the umbrella. We only used 3 and it worked great. The added plus was how easy it was to put it up and take it down! We didn’t have any problems. Will keep you all updated.
