The ribbon transfers like it is supposed to and our business keeps growing.
The ribbon worked fine. One of the ribbons I purchased was a different ribbon. It was no problem getting it replaced with the correct one. Someone just accidentally picked the incorrect one (package looked the same).

Defective out of the box. Purchased two - first one worked, but second one failed. Too late to return. Be careful - order one at a time.
