They are very beneficial to your health. I put them in my yogurt.

They are super healthy. Make sure you soak the for 24 hours before putting them in your smoothie.

Rancid Chia Seeds, Gross
Rancid “organic” chia seeds (what does organic even mean & how can you verify where the seeds came from & whether or not they really are “organic”?). They taste like rancid seed oil. Gross. I’m sad bc it appears the chia seeds I have been buying from Amazon for years are being discontinued (when I first started buying chia seeds they started out $7 per 2 lbs container but most recent purchase was $22, Amazon prices are RIDICULOUS - especially if the owner is the richest person in the world & they underpay/overwork their employees & are against unions & fair wages). Now I don’t know which brand to trust, but not this one. These chia seeds taste like rancid barf.
