My legs and feet have been very swollen for 7 months. I had been very sedentary for a few years due to grief/depression. Then I broke my ankle and then my wrist. After getting all of the tests that the vascular surgeon ordered, he said to cut back on the sodium and to exercise. I started walking and replaced salt with No Salt alternative. I am content with No Salt in my eggs. It seems that the combination of this product, walking, and using No Salt (which is potassium and 2 other ingredients), I now have NO swelling at all! I was thanking Jesus two nights ago when I looked down at my legs! I will continue doing all three things.

I bought these to aid the circulation in my lower legs which is compromised by lymphoedema and varicose veins. After about 2 days of use (3 capsules per day), I noticed an increase in soreness in my lower legs, so I decreased the dosage to 2 capsules per day. The results did not improve, so I went with ONE capsule per day--still no improvement regarding the pain. I stopped using them for several more days, noting a decrease in pain, then resumed using them at the lowest dosage with the same negative results. Needless to say, I won't be able to use these capsules, since I must have a sensitivity to them. That's unfortunate, because they have a very pleasant aroma when the bottle is opened, and the ingredients appear to be of high quality.

We like this and take it regularly for healthy circulation. Since we are in our 50s, it seemed like a good idea to support our veins and vessels and this works well for us.

I’ve been using this for 2 months nos. so far it has given relief for the aches and pain in my lower legs. Hopefully with prolonged use can improve the appearances of my varicose.
