This breading has changed my life. I got it while on a trip to NC and brought it home to NJ. My wife only fries seafood with this now and it always tastes great. I highly recommend it.

There's no need for any other seasonings when you use this breading.

This product is the perfect complement to any seafood you are wanting to deep/pan fry. It is light and seasoned perfectly. I know of this flour because my grandmother buys it at her local fish market for $4.00... Unfortunately this flour is not on any shelf close to home so I have to order online and pay double the price!

Love it. Just as it is in store. And please listen to comments when it tells you DO NOT OVER SEASON because batter already is heavy on season. It will be salty if you use too much season.
