Safer to be quiet and enjoy seeing her daily to having her freak out and move.Fate decided to give them a well placed shove together and the fireworks exploded. Perfection wasn’t even close to what they hoped for....I really enjoyed this author combo. They are flawless in their writing and I’m hoping for a lot more.Great book!!!

I couldn’t get past the unnecessary five years that they supposedly loved each other but never gave each other the time of day. Smh. It was such a stupid story premise that I just didn’t get it.It would have made more since if the authors had described it as every time they both tried to start something life or circumstances had intervened. But that they were just too shy to talk to each other. That’s just ridiculous. They were close to thirty!Also, the continuity issues this author is famous for I just could ignore here. I liked the idea of the book but this was not executed well. I did like the epilogues though. HEA can almost always save a book. Otherwise, this book was just okay. Not worth a second read.

Deacon & Alexis both wanting a baby with each other and wanting each other, but afraid to tell each other. Their story was so sweet, I loved it. Adding to my “I so need to read be this again” list!

I like reading stories that give both the female thoughts and the male thoughts as well. This book delivered from both perspectives. Alexis and Deacon both secretly wants the other but can't bring themselves to say anything until she consumes enough bottle courage. I won't disclose the discovered secret only to say it makes the sex more interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed this collaboration.

I love a fun quickie that is sweet and sexy and this was that and more. A story of two neighbors secretly in love with each other and use a “baby deal” to get closer to each other. So much fun!

Great book

The idea for the story was great. The downfall was the story itself was waaaay to short. It could have been longer in my opinion, maybe throw a little angst in. If you like a quick, short read with a HEA this is a story for you.

This was a great quick read that was cute and sexyDeacon and Alexis have lived next door to each other for five years ignoring their attraction and growing feelings. They are both finally ready to go after what they want and come to a mutually agreeable arrangement. That’s where the Baby Deal comes in. Deacon agrees to getting her pregnant in the hopes that she will see him for what he truly is a man in love with her and willing to take what he can get and show her what she can have.Alexis wants Deacon more than anything after spending the past five years hiding behind her curtains watching him thinking he could never be interested in her is she about to get everything she ever wanted the man of her dreams and the family she always wanted?Safe with no drama. Fab short read.

I loved this book its beautifully written i loved the story line and the characters where perfect i wish i had a neighbour i could make a pact with like that.

That was so hot I know I will be reading it again some time later just to revive the story
