My teen daughter used these lightweight, breathable gloves on a three-day river paddling trip via kayak. No sunburn, no blisters. Really like how they functioned and protected her hands from paddle irritation, sun and bugs. Easy to put on and take off. Washed them when we got home and they look great. I'm going to be buying a pair of these for myself when my other paddling gloves bite the dust.

Perfect gloves. Sunscreen wasn't enough. I can now walk the dog, bike ride and play pickleball with these gloves and protect my hands from the sun.Bought x-small due to another review - great size - i suggest going down a size.

Nice quality gloves, well made, durable. I wear them everyday driving, hiking etc for sun protection. I got the medium and they fit fine, a little snug. I have medium to small hands. Grip is OK, wd prefer them a little grippier.

7/12/25 Update: I am still using these gloves and they are fantastic. I have no idea how many times I have washed them and they still look pretty good. Not new, but but fine. No holes, rips or heavy wear spots. They are stained and look worn but out fishing on the lake I don't care about that. They still provide great sun protection for my hands, padding for kayak paddle and I feel I have a much better grip when thumbing a fish. Love them and I bought another pair already for when these finally go out on their last fishing day.Original Review: I'm an avid female angular and have used these Bassdash gloves for a couple months fishing numerous 10 hour days and they wear well. I've even managed to snag them with a hook on the finger ends & they took the abuse with no damage.They've been washed 4 times in the washing machine on permanent press and air dried.There are a couple stains on the thumb and index finger but with the amount of fish I've handled while maneuvering through brush etc in a kayak, I'd expect that and they still look and function great.They are comfortable and I love the sun protection and the kayak paddle and fishing pole handling comfort they provide.My hands are very small (size 5 ring finger) and the x-small fit perfect.I love these gloves, wish I had bought them sooner and would buy again as they are a great price.

Have had two other famous brands over the years as I like to protect my hands. Theses are hands down (pun intended) the best: most comfortable, no scratchy stitching, great coverage... and look great.

Gloves are true to size (mine are XS), comfortable, and very functional. Marketed as a fly fishing glove, I bought for UV 50 protection while hiking. Recommend this brand. Comes in many colors too. High quality.

I got these to use for kayaking and they are only just okay for that. Love that they keep my hands protected from sun and dry quickly. They don't quite have enough padding near the thumb for longer distance kayaking, but that's okay given the price (I got them on prime day so even cheaper!). I'm really loving kayaking so probably I'll update to a real brand next year, but these were great, cheap starter gloves! Nice color and work decently.
