Polycom SoundStation 2 Power Supply (2200-16020-001)

This was a replacement part. It worked perfectly and allows the conference phone to work normally. Don’t know why the original failed so soon, but it is now working with this replacement.

Be advised, although the photo shows an original Polycom unit; this unit is not an Original Manufacturer replacement; rather a generic 3rd party aftermarket unit (as mentioned in other reviews). For our purposes, it worked just fine.

This unit does it all - makes the red and green LEDs light up on my SoundStation and allows me to actually make phone calls with it! I honestly don't know how I got along without it!

Happy with the product we received in a very timely manner. It is working properly and it was a great price.

I sit all day at the office and need a cusion for my chair to make it more comfortable. This cusion is not soft or comfortable at all. Do not buy this.

Arrived as promised

I hate it when they advertise as product made by Polycom but ship a compatible. False Advertising! Shame on you! and then only on the invoice you mark it as non-oem!

This was the new power module for the SoundStation 2, not the older one pictured. This was perfect for me. Works great.

picture not the item we received - we received a newer version without the light indicator - the item has wires which are not integrated but are changeable - hopefully it works for a long time
