For me, this B12 Extreme Energy capsule has a smoother and longer uptake than the liquid, bottled version. It also seems to last longer and have a longer "tail" when tapering off. Whether its the caffeine or the B12, it does the trick for me. It doesn't give me a "high" but rather seems to change my attitude and energy from cloudy to sunny, or from half-empty to half-full. It feels like an attitude adjuster rather than just an energy boost. I'm not a doctor and have no opinion or knowledge about how or why it works. But for me, it is a game changer!

I love these pills. They make me feel alive. My Father who sadly passed away of small cell lung cancer was taking them daily while undergoing chemo and they allowed him to enjoy his last year of life..gave him a lot of energy to spend time with us.When he passed away I decided to try the remaining pills he had and I was shocked how wonderful they were.I'm not a stranger to energy pills or shots....these pills work better than the shots almost offering all day energy opposed to a quick shot of energy in a foul flavored beverage.I take one a day in the morning and feel amazing all day long.My dad swore by them and he was right. They really do make you feel alive. Haha. I miss him immensely but am glad he told me about them.I'm out and about now and not just procrastinating on everything. I'm not sure why Amazon asked me about the thickness or warmth of this product, however, they are easy to swallow and they warmed my heart when I was them in my mailbox. Like many other reviewers, I originally purchased these from the Dollar Tree. I take prescription stimulants and when they run out or I decide that I want something not as harsh, I turn to these! I LOVE them, the energy that I get from one lasts through out the day (9-5). They not make me feel shaky nor do I feel like I crash when it wears off. I have notice recently, that they have been making my stomach hurt when I take one on an empty stomach So, I recommend taking with food. Shipping was fast and package and items were in excellent condition. If trying this for the first time, I suggest purchasing at the Dollar Tree then, if you want a hoard of them but don't want to look like you might have some kinda habit, I would purchase your hoard from here.

The first time I tried these I was impressed so I bought them for myself to use when needed.... didn't really do anything for me. Not sure if my body got used to them or what.

Good price, and a nice all day energy supplement without the jitters or crashing! This is it!!!! Unlike any of the other stackers on the market today!
