Great content but can’t highlight kindle version as advertised
The content is great. However, the Kindle version as advertised clearly indicates that highlighting is possible because it says “ Highlight, take notes, and search in the book”. However, if I understand correctly based on support forum feedback, because this Kindle edition does not have “enhanced typesetting” it is actually not possible to create highlights.

A must have guide to a Business System implementation.
The cost and effort to implement a complex business system is enormous! My personal experience with four separate (large in scope) business system implementations qualifies me to critique Mr. Pelphrey's work and his book. This step by step compilation of key efforts required to successfully manage and launch an ERP system is thorough, concise and well thought out. Mr. Pelphrey provides significant detail and step by step methods, along with anecdotal real life experiences to guide you and your team through to the finish. Additionally Mr. Pelphrey has included in his appendix a plethora of data gathering tools to assist the team in managing the tasks with solid and well thought out metrics. The bottom line is always the critical aspect of all these efforts and Mr. Pelphrey recognizes it and assits you early in his approach in Directing your ERP Implementation.

must for all ERP implementation Project Managers!
This book is an absolute blueprint for managing the implementation of an ERP system. It is comprehensive in nature covering all the essential elements of a successful implementation. It is practical in nature and obviously the product of actual experience. More than a useful guide it is a step by step cookbook. I especially liked the discussion of consequences that can result from poorly thought out processes and methodologies. This book demystifies the implementation process, detailing it in understandable language. This is a must have for all ERP implementation Project Managers. Congratulations!!
