Fits Graco Pack 'n Play and baby sleeps like a dream!
We've been using a Graco brand Pack 'n Play ever since baby transitioned out of a bassinet. My son has been small for his age, so we got away with using the "top level" position for the included mattress for quite a while. When I realized he was over the weight limit of 15 lbs, I made the transition to the bottom level (also, you should transition to bottom level if your baby can pull up his chest with his arms tucked underneath, as if to crawl).I knew right away that we were going to have to get an additional mattress - it is just way too hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. NOTE: it says in the warnings never to add a mattress, and you are welcome to heed that warning. As far as I can tell, the issue with adding a mattress is that it does not fasten (with snaps and velcro) to the bottom of the Pack 'n Play. I am personally not worried about my son pulling on the mattress and unseating it - I don't think he will try, not really his personality, and I don't think it's likely he will be successful - mainly because it is a very good fit. If you are personally concerned, you could add fasteners to your sheets and loop them through the same holes the included mattress uses. The mattress itself is encased in vinyl, which I LOVE! The bassinet I had also had a full vinyl exterior, and it's much more convenient for cleaning than the "waterproof-ish" material that covers most baby gear. This also means there is no need for a "waterproof mattress pad." The aftermarket sheets I bought for the original Graco mattress still fit this one, although it was a bit tight (and it looked like the mattress wasn't going to lay flat, but it was fine once I put it in the unit). The thickness of this mattress is perfect - there are 3" ones available on Amazon, but I paid 40% the price for this 2" mattress (~$20 as compared to ~$50). Best of all, baby sleeps great now that we've upgraded! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Perfect for our play yard
We've had this mattress for 7 months now and I don't know why we didn't buy one sooner. Our daughter does not do well sleeping in bed with us when we travel, and our portable crib (standard size play yard) does not have much at all in the way of padding. We often wondered if the lack of a mattress contributed to her (and therefore our) not sleeping through the night while traveling but worried about purchasing one because it seemed like it would be tough to travel with.We finally bought one thinking that even if we couldn't travel well with it, we could leave it at her grandmother's house if we didn't love it. We had absolutely nothing to worry about! This mattress fits the play yard perfectly, and uses the same sheets. We love that it's water proof, so if we have a middle of the night leak, we can wipe it down, change the sheet, and get back to bed. She sleeps so much more comfortably, and longer, on this mattress. Also, it's easily foldable, so I can toss it in the trunk of my car when we travel. (Disclaimer: I wouldn't recommend storing the mattress in a folded position regularly. But since it wouldn't fit in my car otherwise, we do what we have to do.)We would recommend this mattress to anyone who travels by car to with a standard size play yard for your child to sleep in.

LO slept great, maybe too soft for a younger infant
I bought this for our pack-n-play for when we travel with LO; he sleeps all night in his crib but he always wakes up after 30 min in the PnP and I'm pretty sure it's because of how hard the mattress is. In terms of sleep quality, this thing works great - my LO slept all night. IMO, though, it's pretty soft - I know it says safe for sleep but I wouldn't want my bub to sleep on this long term, and I probably would have returned it if he wasn't already 8 months old and capable of rolling/sitting/standing. It also is very noisy - the waterproof cover on it makes it so that any movement on it makes a plasticy noise. We mitigated this effect by putting a thick blanket and 2 sheets on it. My LO isn't sensitive to noise so it didn't bother him but I could see it bothering another baby.On to the fit - it fits pretty well in the PnP. It isn't an exact fit, but there are only very small gaps (maybe an inch on one side), and again for my 8mo I wasn't worried about it posing a problem. My LO tosses and turns a lot before he falls asleep and the mattress never shifted in an unsafe way.I found that the PnP sheets fit on it fine. I bought these mini crib sheets specifically for the mattress but I wouldn't recommend them for this purpose - the elastic is very strong and since the mattress is pretty soft it really scrunched in the corners: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XPHJ6HY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1

Life saver
Our toddler hated napping in her pack n play so we got this before going on vacation since we knew she would be sleeping in that at night for the week. It fit great and our toddler slept just as good at night as she usually does and actually napped better than she does at home!We didn’t have an issue with any diaper leaks but it seems fairly easy to wipe down to clean. It’s about at inch and a half thick and seems to have enough padding to keep it from flattening over time

Good mattress. Fits my graco pack and play
The graco pack and play mattress cardboard sections were overlapping from my 11 month old standing on them. This mattress is dense enough that you can not feel the overlapping cardboard through it. It fit my graco pack and play, however there is a 1 inch gap on the side. If you have a very young baby this would not be safe for them in the pack and play because they could roll and get stuck on the sides.
