The zip on the cover broke straight away the unit itself is not as strong as you thinkI returned this item a day or so after putting this review on here. I haven't even had an acknowledgement of them receiving it. It cost me £15 to return this. Not happy 😒I have sent the item back a few months ago but I haven't heard a thing from them. If I was you I would steer clear 😡🤬

Great buy. Ideal to get my kids school uniform dry. I can put on a wash, have it dried and ironed within 3 hours.Drying time is 100% better than "natural" drying time neat a radiator.It is slightly smaller than I expected but I can forgive that for the remarkable drying time.I'm even considering about purchasing another one.It could probably dry a double sheet with a bit of adjusting at times and can do adult clothes although less of them at a time. It is perfect for children's clothes though.

This is perfect for drying tops. its a bit fiddly to use as space inside the cover is restrictive but overall i like it, it is goid value for money and tgecadded benefit is it kerps the riom warm when on !!

It was a relief that the instructions weren't confusingly translated from Chinese. Once assembled I found some plastic fittings that weren't mentioned and didn't fit anywhere obvious. Maybe the cross bars should be fitted differently from the illustrations. That would mean dismantling the unit and starting again. Assembled it takes up a lot of space so not suitable for small spaces. A concertina design would be more practical. The 'host', heating element, sits on 2 cross bars and is a little unstable.

Very awkward to assemble and then unable to fit cover correctly due to the fact it is smaller than the frame! I have had to cut out the corners on the top to get a poor fit and it will NOT zip up due to the undersized cover.

With all the concerns on saving energy I bought this “tented” dryer to replace constant use of the tumble dryer. It was necessarily cheap. However the assembly instructions were not great and when I tried to put the cover over the frame it tore as I had used the wrong poles for the shelving. There wasn’t any real way to tell beforehand and now I have a torn cover because of it. I had to take it apart and start again. I’ve carried on using it but now have an issue with one of the zips which has come off. All in all not as happy as I would’ve wanted to be.

Not suitable for anyone who had trouble getting up and down from the floor, as this is what you have to do every time you use it, to switch it on and off and make sure the heater fits in the hole, as another reviewer said I did not find it easy to put together as the Poles kept falling out as soon as I put one in, so maybe a two-person job, also one of the side plastic tube holders with broken so you could not get a tubing in, but lucky enough I did not need that bit the way I was setting it up, I bought this product because it fitted nicely in the space available, and as a single person it works ok for me, but you can only get about 7 or 8 items in and it takes about 2-hours to dry them, and it steams the windows up so you can write your name in them.
