I love love love my Jashen cordless vacuum cleaner. The delivery was next day. Down side boxes inside boxes inside boxes. Putting the vacuum together was so easy and the instructions were very clear and helpful, the vacuum was very light and easy to handle which being disabled is a god send but on the Down side there was an offer of a surprise gift, either a spray mop or pet attachment which I wanted but the explanation of what you had to do to get was very difficult to understand and when I asked for help from amazon chat they didn’t have a clue what was talking about, (so I guess I’ve lost out on my surprise free pet attachment.😢) The suction is the best ever and puts dyson and shark to shame.i hovered with my now de-funked shark before I tried the Jashen and I was totally flabbergasted at the amount of hair and deep imbedded dirt and fluff that my Jashen picked up. I bought a second battery with my order I’m glad I did because alough the battery life is amazing it’s always great to have one on standby for those messy days. My new love of my home appliances Is definitely my Jashen and for the amazing price I highly recommended you purchase one ASAP for the cleanest home you will ever have.

I have a Henry, and Henry is what I will use if I ever need to hoover up rubble or debris, but he was getting a bit heavy for me to lug around the house for everyday cleaning. I've always fancied a cordless, but was put off by the low suction on the ones I tried out, but this one is fantastic! I have uneven slate floors and some wood floors, and a dark cottage which is home to three hairy animals and a son who traipses in clumps of mud. I use the soft roller on the floors and this has no problem with dust, hair, mud, general spillages, and it even sucks up dirt from between the floorboards that Henry missed. The light on the front is a godsend for dark corners. One of the reasons I bought it was for the small head attachment with the motorized roller, which I hoped would be suitable for cleaning mud and hair off the bed, but with the suction and the motor it just eats the sheets. Fortunately the dusting brush is ideal for this, and also good for cleaning keyboards. There is a turbo setting but I've never needed it, although when I tried it out I did notice that the battery life diminished significantly. Emptying it is really easy: I detach the waste bin and then pull open the filter end as it is easier to empty out clumps of hair that way. Now, it is heavy. If all you are doing is sweeping the floor, or stairs, or bed or sofa then it's not an issue, but if you're swinging it around above your head trying to get cobwebs off a 9 foot high ceiling, then it's going to be tiring, and you're going to wish the battery life wasn't quite so good so you can justify taking a break..... Battery life: I always leave it charging so the battery is always full when I come to use it, and it has never run out on me before I've finished - well - not finished, but had enough of that chore, thank you very much! If you have a nice tidy house I guess you could do 6-8 rooms easily. One nice thing is that the charging cable fits directly into the vacuum cleaner, so you don't have to use the charging stand. The attachments are great and easy to swap, the whole thing feels sturdy, it's a lovely colour, and most importantly, it does the job it's meant to do. So glad I bought this particular machine.

This cleaner sucks brilliantly, even picks up sticks like a dog, and unlike a dog, drops them when commanded. Like all stick vacuums it’s a bit top-heavy and can be unwieldy when the motor and dust-box tip to one side. You also have to adjust to the silver vent blowing cold air in your face, but it isn’t dusty, so I’m now used to ducking. The soft roller for hard floors is very efficient, and if it gets hair or threads round it, they are easy to snip off. In fact, I rarely use the carpet head, although that does do a better job on the stairs. I’m not just lazy, I find wrestling with removing the long tube a bit of a challenge. I have to tuck the motor under my right armpit, press the red release button, and yank with my left hand - a two-handed-sitting-down-job for me. Not having a lot of strength in fingers does make it challenging to remove both the head, and tube, as the release buttons are a bit hard to press down. The on/off button is fine to use, but I’m glad I’m not partially-sighted because it is hard to locate without vision - It’s not raised much.. Now we come to the emptying.... A small chamber, which is fine, takes all the dust from a 3 bed house in one go. To empty I lean the tube against the bin, tilt the canister over it and release the latch. With luck the dust all falls into the bin and not onto the floor, but if some dust and fluff has stuck up the sides, which it does on a big clean, then you have to remove the whole dust canister And the filter. I get my husband to do that bit as there are 2 red buttons to press simultaneously as you tilt the canister out from the bottom end. That is one step too far for me. The final problem is if the doorbell or phone rings, you can’t just put the cleaner down and scamper to see the fleeing postie, The machine either needs careful propping up, or taking to the door. (Remember to turn it off if you do that because etiquette demands that thou shalt not hoover in the face of strangers). However, if you have lever-type door handles I found out only today, it will hook over them very easily, (see photo) and that way if you’re lucky, you might catch sight of the Amazon van driving away. Do I like this vacuum? I seem to be finding a lot of niggles, but I’ve given it 4 stars because it sucks so well. I do prefer an upright-stander, but couldn’t find a good enough battery-powered one of those on the market. My old upright battery-powered VAX lasted 8 years, but TBH didn’t really suck for the last four. I find having no flex is the difference between vacuuming more than once a week, and doing less than that because all my sockets are at floor level. Hence the Jashen. It does the job, it hooks onto its charger, the battery lasts for cleaning the whole house, and although not the lightest of vacuums, it is not too heavy for me. However, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with arthritic hands, as the buttons are quite stubborn. Is it noisy? No more than any other vacuum. You cant have a good sucker without a bit of wellie, and it manoeuvres round furniture pretty well. Would I buy again? Not if there was a free-standing excellent battery-powered cleaner. I do like to be able to leave the cleaner without having to park it safely first. But otherwise, yes, I like the performance - and I’m not fond of the other alternative well--known powerful sucker-upper - so am happy with this brand. It’s a lot cheaper too!

I've had my Jashen V16 for about a month now, and I can honestly say this is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time! I was hesitant at first to purchase this Dyson "knock off" brand vacuum, even after reading all of the 5 star reviews. I figured I would take the gamble, and it paid off. I have two cats, hardwood floors throughout my home, and this vaccine does the job! It's ready to assemble, lightweight, the battery lasts through a thorough vacuuming (upstairs and downstairs), and it is really well constructed. PROS: #1 - I love the automatic light on the large vacuum roller attachment. I swear I'm picking up way more dust and dirt than I did with my previous vacuum. #2 - The suction levels can be changed, depending on the task at hand. My old vacuum (a corded Dyson) sometimes had too much suction. I know that sounds strange, but I was always getting the rug or other things stuck in the vacuum due to the suction being too strong. I actually like the fact that I can set the suction strength depending on what I'm vacuuming. CONS: The only issue that I have found, and it is a small one, is that there is no trigger on the vaccine handle. So if something does get stuck in the vacuum, or something causes the rollers to stop spinning, you have to turn the vacuum off and on again to start the rollers back up. It would be nice to have a trigger on the vacuum for these issues. Otherwise, I have no complaints! The battery is easy to charge, the vacuum is easy to clean, and I find myself cleaning the house almost daily now due the ease of using this vacuum. I don't know how I lived without it!

Bought this vacuum in November 2020 - in general, the vacuum works great. The extra tools are fantastic and you can switch the roller in the bottom to provide better suction for hardwood vs carpet. The vacuum was very easy to assemble upon delivery. Definitely pleased with the purchase! Pros: - great suction - run time is as advertised, which is more than enough to vacuum our small house - not too heavy; the vacuum is easy to use and move around objects - tools/nozzles for the vacuum make it ideal for most situations (with the exception of water or larger debris - use a shop vac for that anyways!) Cons - the silver portion makes it look a little tacky, but its built well - the colour we got was purple.. BUT I cant fault this cause we bought the vacuum knowing the colour (purple was cheaper $$ haha) - the vacuum comes out of the charging station VERY easily if its not installed vertically. Again, non issue as it is hanging on the wall now.

Excelente aspiradora para el hogar. Duración de batería en velocidad media de aproximadamente 30min. En la máxima se disminuye la duración de la batería pero la potencia que tiene de succión es excelente desde la velocidad baja. Los accesorios de muy buena calidad al igual que la aspiradora. Limpia muy bien, recogiendo peludo, polvo, morusas, pelo de mascota. También recomiendo el accesorio para cepillado de mascotas de la misma marca.

sono molto contenta del mio acquisto, questo aspirapolvere soddisfa le mie esigenze. e' leggero, pratico, funzionale, potente, ha molti accessori che permettono di pulire tutto nella casa, anche gli angoli più nascosti e angusti, dove le normali scope elettriche a filo non arrivano. ho 2 cani, e ovviamente un pò di peli sparsi ovunque, uso l'aspirapolvere ogni giorno e l'accessorio puntale rimuove benissimo ogni pelo dalle sedie da ufficio, ottimo anche il rullo x tappeti. ho una casa da 200 mq, ogni giorno riesco a passare, sui 2 piani, tutte le camere in cui passano i cani con potenza media, mi restano circa 10 minuti di carica per fare qualche altra camera o ragnatele (siamo in campagna) o tappeti, o poltrone. appena sarà disponibile il set batterie (mi hanno detto entro fine giugno) lo acquisterò senz'altro così raddoppierò i minuti disponibili. le batterie si possono caricare in 2 modi, o tenendole nell'aspirapolvere o estraendole, sempre nella stessa base di ricarica, xtanto si possono gestire 2 set di batterie e averle sempre cariche e pronte all'utilizzo. il venditore è molto gentile, disponibile e risponde in tempi brevissimi. mi hanno anche confermato che possono fornire i pezzi di ricambio in pochissimo tempo. lo consiglio.

Very happy with this. It's exactly what I was hoping for. Reasonably priced, good quality, works well on my wooden floors, carpets and even my skirting boards. Delivery was great, too! I wish all of my online shopping was this positive!
