Simple golf training aid but not for me
Tried to stick with this as way of synchronising my body and arms but I personally haven’t benefited from this golf training aid as much as I was hoping. Found it difficult to keep in a consistent place on the arms

Inflatable ball = fine, what could be wrong with that.Arm bands = fine, as above.Yellow bracket for wrist hinge = not fit for purpose, low quality, scratches grip - just don't buy.
