This product helps my eyes, and is a good value

I've been using lutein for about five years because I want to maintain my eye health. This supplement has been shown to maintain eye health and since I'm in my 50s, I do a lot to use supplements for preventative care. This is a great price on a high-dosage supplement and it's a six month supply. The pills are quite small and easy to take. I definitely recommend this one!

I was about to run out of Lutein that I buy at a local store, but the price keeps going out of site, so I checked Amazon & found these bottles of Lutein by Piping Rock. They were at a fairly good price, so I purchased 4. They have the exact ingredients & amounts that I've been using, & the eye doctor recommended. I'm happy with them & hope Amazon keeps selling them! They are 20 mg., 180 softgels. UPDATE 2-16-25 Ordered again, I like them, they are worth the purchase!

Eye doctor recommended eye vitamins due to age related vision problems. Have worn vision correction since childhood, but age seems to bring on further problems. The vitamins recommended had little vision helping ingredients, but after researching the necessary ingredients, I settled on this product. Much more of a quality product. Thank you.
