Love this product but not happy with the price. Always have great hair results

I have ordered this brand of product several times with no issues. However my product arrived opened and leaking all over the box it was in. The product had clearly previously opened and the plastic around the shampoo and continued was taped closed. As I said I usually have no problems with this brand. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

Third time buying these together.

I bought this, and paid extra, believing that it was the original formulation as pictured. It was not! It was the new formulation which SUCKS. I wouldn't pay the normal price for this, let alone pay inflated prices like I did (believing someone had some backstock of the original stuff, which I've used for years, smells great, and my hair loved). This stuff is gross. I have to use 3x as much, and it doesn't work nearly as well. It went from a lovely fruity smell to something very obviously fake and gross. I don't know what they did to my beloved Bed Head, but beware.

I have used this shampoo/conditioner for years and have loved it. I especially liked how a little drop of shampoo or conditioner went a long way. However, the last time I purchased these they came in the grey bottle. I discovered that there has been a change in the conditioner formula. It doesn't work even half as well as it used too. It takes much more conditioner to have the same effect on my hair as it did before. This time when I ordered refills I purposely made sure that the picture of the combo showed the older style bottles with the pumps in the hopes that I get the old formula that I love so much. Unfortunately, I again received the grey bottles without pumps and, I'm fairly certain, the inferior formula for the conditioner. I guess I'll be looking for a new shampoo and conditioner since they've decided to change things. I'm not a happy camper!

The product is awesome for frizzy hair. Highly recommend. Be careful opening the box one of the lids was not screwed on tight although it looked like it was packaged by the manufacturer. Some of the shampoo leaked out into the box and it was quite a mess to clean up.
