This is my favorite so far after buying different brands and versions over the years! Maybe it’s the combination with cranberry and hibiscus but the taste is pleasant, something to consider since I prefer to open up the capsules and add it to tea, etc. Effective? Definitely. It really reduces the severity and incidence of UTIs and UTI-like symptoms. (I also take probiotics but it’s most effective in combination with D-mannose).

D-mannose is my go to for UTI prevention .Ive taken cranberry supplements and you truly can’t drink enough juice to get the health benefits in two of the pills.UTIs are painful and I would rather take this quality product than suffer one again. There is no side effects.They are a months supply.A great value for that piece of mind.You can see the quality in each pill.

It's kind of impossible to know for sure if a supplement really works or not. What I do know is that I'm prone to UTIs, but have never had one while consistently taking cranberry. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not. I may never know! I do also think these are a pretty great value considering you get 1400mg per capsule! I had been buying jamieson, which is "cheaper", but only 600mg per capsule. Honestly I'm probably going to buy this instead from now on!

These capsules are easy to swallow, and offer a decent dose of urinary tract support supplement that can last you over a month or two, if you use around 1 per day. The additional Craberry and Hibiscus combo in one capsule make this an effective dose to support the bladder health system. Overall, an above average offering for the value.
