The best you can get
Arrived damaged, contacted Traeger, they were very apologetic, sent an ENTIRE new smoker, not just the damaged parts, out to us, next day. Asked about a return lable, was told to keep the original one for parts or buy the repair parts and have two. New one arrived with Treager gifts inside as an apology. You don't see companies like this often, now the smoker is AMAZING, so simple to use, could feed an army with the amount of meat you can fit inside. Love that I can control from my phone so I go on with my day and check on it no matter where I'm at.

I was smoked away by this Grill/Smoker and Amazon Delivery Services.
First want to say that I never experienced Amazon Delivery Services before today. Wow! It was awesome! When purchasing my Traeger Pro it came with an offer for free Amazon Delivery Assembly Setup. I had no idea what to expect. They arrived promptly on time and the 2 Amazon super genius technicians delivered and had my Traeger smoker/grill out of the box and constructed in about 25 minutes! Additionally, both guys had suggestions on how to best get started with the Pro 575 They were both knowledgeable of how it worked and even gave me some tips.. I was very impressed with their experience and knowledge. Secondly the Traeger Pro 575 item I purchased is fantastic! I had absolutely no issues establishing wifi connnection from my outside patio, ( I do have one extender in my kitchen 20 yards away). The first process to season the grill before use, went seamlessly. I set all the recommended seasoning temperatures/times directly from the phone app with no issues at all. I immediately decided to purchase a few more items including: the cover, pellets, front folding shelf and the pellet box monitor add on. Looking forward to our first smoking experience tomorrow with some Jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon. I am pretty sure we may end up taking our natural gas grill out to pasture and shoot it. As well as the Traeger Pro seems to be working, not sure we'll use anything else. Highly recommend the temperature breadth and variable types of pellets. Just need to screw in the pellet monitor in and connect it to the board to receive low pellot notifications. Highly recommend this product. Hopefully will add some pics tomorrow.

Update
Review update. Originally gave a bad review of this product. My issues were because I didn’t understand how to use the smoker. Now I get it. Works great and I’m very happy with it.

Backyard BBQ Game-Changer (But Not Quite Plug-and-Play)
I’ve had this Traeger 575 Pro Series for a couple years now, and while it’s transformed the way I approach outdoor cooking, there are a few quirks worth noting. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase — but it’s not as “set it and forget it” as some marketing might suggest. What I love: Flavor: Nothing beats the flavor of wood pellets, and Traeger’s system really does deliver that low-and-slow, smoky taste. Ribs, brisket, even veggies turn out with incredible depth. WiFIRE App: Total game-changer. I’ve been able to monitor temps while watching the game or running errands. It’s not just a gimmick — it actually makes long smokes way less stressful. Build Quality: Sturdy, well-designed, and the included BAC503 cover fits like a glove and has held up to a couple rainstorms already. The pellet hopper feels solid and the grates are easy to clean. What could be better: Startup Learning Curve: Out of the box, you’ll want to really read the manual. First-time seasoning is important, and getting the temperature to stabilize consistently takes a few tries. It’s not hard, just not totally beginner-proof either. Pellet Burn Rate: It does chew through pellets a bit faster than expected, especially at high temps. Stock up or plan ahead for longer smokes. Connectivity Bugs: The WiFIRE app is fantastic when it works, but I’ve had a couple instances where the grill disconnected randomly and required a restart. It’s improved after a firmware update, but not perfect. Bottom line: If you’re serious about upgrading from a basic charcoal grill or want more control than propane gives you, this is a top-tier choice with smart tech baked in. Just be prepared for a little tinkering at the start. I’d give it a full 5 stars if setup and app experience were totally seamless, but as-is, it’s a very solid 4.1 stars in my book. Would I buy it again? Yep — especially for how juicy and flavorful it makes even weeknight chicken thighs taste like a weekend BBQ feast.

One of the all time best things I have ever bought
The title is not an exaggeration, i know some people may use a new grill like any other toy. Play with it a lot at first and then a month later is collects dust. This has not been my case, I have found my self using my Traeger 3-4 times a week every week since I bought it. Cleaning it is easy, I use the foil products they sell to keep it fresh. Every couple grill's I throw away the cheap Traeger foil, and all I have to do is scrub the grades in between grills. I do buy Traeger pellets and they are pretty cheep compared to propane, i’m sure you could buy offbrand and they would work. I just have not felt it was worth the gamble over $3 or $4 dollars a bag. last but not least it’s almost a no-brainer to cook with as well, you can Google almost any food, followed by Traeger and they have the exact cook time and temperature on their website. You can cook pretty much anything on it as well, sometimes I just do baked potatoes as a side dish because they come out a lot more fluffy than the oven or microwave. 10/10 would buy a Traeger again
