GNC Gentlesorb Iron 18mg Supplement, Supports Healthy Red Blood Cell Formation, 90 Servings

I started on a really high dose of iron and found that it was awful on my system. Then I went down to Slow FE at 45 mg and still couldn't handle that. If you're looking for a low dose that is well tolerated and much easier to handle, this is the only one I've found that is far gentler than other brands or doses.

I give a 5 because I haven’t been told I have low iron since taking additional iron lol. I assume they work.

I've stopped taking iron supplements in the past because of constipation and upset tummy. These are truly gentle on my system. I'll pay a bit more because they have also increased my hemoglobin which normally runs on the low side. I do take these around meal time and I've had no upset tummy and no constipation at all. I highly recommend this brand of iron supplements. I know other brands say they are gentle, but I know I've found one that truly is and I'm sticking with it.
