The product is terrific, but the packaging is not for English speaking cooks. It's in Chinese and I haven't learned Chinese yet. It's good to know through trial and error that the product cooks in about six minutes, which is much less than most noodles. I'm glad I found it. These noodles are especially good to top with Beef Stroganoff.

Did not deserve any stars. Why is Amazon allowing scams to take our money. The noodle dissolve into something so soft I can’t even eat it. Still haven’t got a refund. A waste

Like several others mine came with some kind of mold on the noodles. It was unopened and store in a cool, dry place as the package instructions say. Would not repurchase.

Thank you for taking thus product available. Thankfully I did not have the bad experiences noted, though I was also frustrated by the lack of English cooking instructions - boiling 6 minutes as another reviewer suggested worked perfectly. I agree the price us too high and will search out other sources. Am open to quantity discounts. I hope you learn from feedback, and that some vicious comments don't ruin your business.

This noodle is moldy.

The texture of the noodles were chewy but they were too thick and kinda mushy at the same time. Definitely not what I was expecting

Wanted to make shark's fin soup, like I had in China, but would no longer consider using real shark fin. These noodles, soaked for 20 min in hot water have the same texture, and take on the flavor of the chicken broth with minced crab and daikon radish. Turned out great. Kinda pricey though.

I would not buy again cooking directions are in Chinese and theirs only dried noodles in the package
