Is this a sequel, remake, or reboot to Tearaway on the Vita?

Remake and reboot aren't quite the right terms, but something more along the lines of a "reimagining". Parts of the game will feel very similar/familiar, but redone to take advantage of the odd functionality of the ps4/dualshock 4 like the original did with the vita's motion/camera/touchpad/etc.
