I just received my first order of this olive oil and immediately cracked open a bottle to taste it. It is EXACTLY as I expected Croatian olive oil to be…heavy olive flavor, with a great peppery finish on the tip of the tongue! It is my opinion that Croatian olive oil is much better than anything made in Italy, Spain, and any other country. It is the soil and the weather that makes Croatian olive oil the best…and this brand HITS IT! I look forward to using this oil on a daily basis in my meals!
