I discovered there is no warranty, no telephone number for service questions, No BBB rating, and apparently not even a store front. I am surprised that Amazon would sell such expensive items with so little protection for us. I paid over $300 for a Northair chest freezer, the compressor appears to be gone, and my food is defrosting. What a shame to have to deal with this in our elderly yerars

Works really well. Have it in our apartment kitchen. Holds morw than I expected it to. Had it about 2 months no issues, little bit of ice build up but nothing significant yet. Edit: we've had it over 2 years now. Zero issues, still runs like new. The ice build up has been so minute, we haven't had to scrape it in 2 years we've had. We live in a desert climate with very low moisture.

I put this freezer on my covered balcony for extra food that doesnt fit in my kitchen refrigerator/freezer and it works very well. I also covered it with a table cloth to keep dirt off.

What noise level? It’s quiet enough for me. It was smaller than I envisioned, but it fits the space it was designed for and has enough room for my food needs. Haven’t had any I e accumulation, perhaps because I have it filled with food. It freezes food quickly and solidly.
