No stores? No cows? No cow juice. I love milk. Whole milk. This is a decent alternative to fresh milk. Mixes very well and surprisingly tastes better than store bought milk. Can even use it in your baking recipes.

I like my milk but always worry about mine going bad when buying it in liquid form. This allows me to have my milk but without worry. I make the desired amount and enjoy. I can also make the taste as strong as I want. The taste is great, it is rich and delicious. Sometimes I put this in my coffee, adding a more creaminess to it. It can be a bit clumpy at times when mixing but I use a whisk when making my milk so that is not an issue for me. Just a bit of water and easy peasy milk for me. I like that I can buy this in a large size, it saves me money in the long run.

Very good whole, powdered milk mix. It dissolves quickly in water, and has many uses. I just purchased a second container.

I’m a bachelor and it seems like no matter what size milk I buy, big or small, I always end up throwing half of it out. I remembered the powdered milk of the old days and it did not taste like milk. If you like milk like I do, this is the stuff for you. I keep the whole can in my fridge and it’ll last for a year or more. The nice thing is that I can mix milk as I need it and let me tell you…THIS IS MILK!!! You can add more powder if you want a richer thicker milk or add less if you like skim milk! I’m not just talking about for baking either. You can hand a cold glass of this to a hardened milk drinker and they will not know it’s powdered. This is the pinnacle of powdered milk. Here’s how I look at it price wise…I need milk every single day so I need to buy milk about every 4-5 days whether I drink it or not. A can of KLIM lasts me about 5-6 months. If you do the math, I’m saving about $80 by using it. On top of that I have the convenience of being able to make how much I want, when I want. I even use it to make yogurt…and it makes delicious, rich yogurt my friends!

Edit: just wanted to add that I used this today to froth. I had needed to make up a little milk for use in a cookie recipe. I only needed 2 TBS, but I made one portion according to direction. That meant I would have plenty left over. I decided to then take my handheld milk frother to it for use in a caramel cafe latte. OMG is froths so nicely! Thick creamy foam, with lovely milk undeneath. Poured it on top of my espresso then drizzled it with Torani Caramel Sauce Mmm! I keep powder milk in my pantry for cooking and baking. I dont drink milk enough to keep it on hand, so I instead just make it as need it. Best thing to do if you are at all like me in this regard. Can make it as rich or as weak as you want. Add more or less water to adjust taste. This is a big container, and will certainly last me awhile. Since I dont use it often or go through it a lot, I am keen on storing it as well as I can, while also keeping in mind convenience. So I took some and placed it in mason jars and vac sealed the lid. I can just grab a jar as needed. Easier than pulling out big container each time and exposing it all to air. Anway, good stuff. Will likely buy again. For stuff like this, price usually drives my decision. This specific one caught my eye because it was on sale, but I have also had similar versions by same company. All good. 5 stars
