I use one scoop and it helps with sleep. I fall asleep better when I drink this supplement. It taste good, but it is too sweet for my taste. That is probably just a personal preference, since I don't like sweet beverages.

Seems to be working. The stevia in it helps with the taste.

I really like this magnesium powder, it’s effective and has helped a lot with muscle tension and headaches. The peach flavor is nice and not too strong, which makes it easy to drink daily. My only complaint is that it doesn’t mix the best, even with lots of stirring, I sometimes get little clumps. Other than that, it’s a great quality supplement and I’ve definitely noticed the benefits!

This powder works really well but I’m not a fan of the peach taste.

This product was highly recommended for relaxation and sleep by several friends. My first dose I could not swallow because of the harsh peach taste. 30 minutes later I cannot get the sweetner taste out of my mouth. I am searching for a new brand of product that has a decent flavor and I can get down my throat. Buyer Beware You will be returning it.

I love everything about this product, except the fact that they discontinued it so I’ve had to find a replacement and I don’t like the flavor of the replacement or the results as much as I did this product
