Q: I am 5 ft 2. What size would be needed for exercise?

My wife is 5ft 4in and the 55 is sometimes a little big for her. It is possible to not fully inflate the ball and that offers you support, reduced height and a softer experience. I’ve not had to “rescue” her since I let some air out of her ball.

They're all the one size, the measurements on the ad for it is what you get. Just comes with a special pump, that's about it..

I am 5 ft and 9st got the small 55 ball which I feel is not big enough in size or for my weight so the bigger the better… I wish I got the large or extra large.. can’t tell you which is better can only comment for my own requirements.
