The media could not be loaded. Beyond what I was looking for! Great product and met every expectation. My only hope is that it will continue working as perfect as it does long-term. I mounted my 55” Hisense H8 and it manages the weight PERFECTLY. Do not recommend using for a larger TV unless you’re 110% sure it’s a lightweight ultra-thin screen.•Takes about 30-35secs to come down/up, this video is Time-Lapsed, do no think it’s that fast. Still amazing technology, ahead of it’s time if you ask me.•Installation came easy to me and I did it alone but I was a technician in the US Army, can be a nightmare to mount for the average person, especially if mounted in concrete. Make sure to set it perfectly straight, the slightest deviation to either side will be SUPER noticeable.•Conclusion: Above all the BEST TV mount out there, if something doesn’t work it does have warranty. Get professional help for installation unless you’re tech-savvy AND have someone to assist you. 5 stars for now!

This is a great mount and company! Very sturdy and easy to install. Also excellent customer service! 2 years after initial purchase and they responded within 10 minutes of me messaging them about my own mistake and they went above and beyond to help and fix the issue! Amazing!

The mount works great and has no trouble lifting my 70" tv. Installation was pretty simple but the instructions could be better. I only have one problem with the mount. It will fit a 70" tv, but it's designed for the vesa mounting holes to be centered on the back of the tv. My 70" Vizio has the mounting holes down towards the bottom of the tv so initially it would not fit. I solved the problem by getting two pieces of flat steel bar and drilling holes in it. I bolted the flat bar to the tv and the hanger to the flat bar. This positioned the hanger at the center of the tv and it fits.

Not super easy to install cleanly. Your ceiling configuration will greatly decide how easy the job will be. Of course wiring will also play a role in how well thigs go for you. I have a 60in TV on it that is just below the max weight spec and it does not pick it up in one smooth motion. It stops and beeps probably due to overcurrent at least once but up to 4 times on the way up. It is also not very sturdy. I do fear the day that the lifting strap might snap and let the TV come crashing down. Just hope no-one is under it at the time. I am sure the strap is very strong now that it is new, but as it ages that will certainly not be the case.It is doing exactly what I bought it for though and the price is not bad so, 4 stars.

Had this professionally installed on the ceiling of our outdoor lanai a few weeks ago. So far, it works as expected and have experienced no issues. We use it on a 55" TV and fits well. Folds up to the ceiling very neatly. The movement is slow but that's not any issue for us. We will see how it holds up during months of inclement weather. So far, so good. Price was much better than others we have researched.

Arrived July 25th. We installed it on August 13th and on September 5th it has stopped working! It is in the up position and will not come down. Every time we press the buttons on the remote, it just makes a double beep. The TV is stuck up and there is no manual release. So, now we can’t watch the TV.. this is very disappointing!

Very cool, I used this with a 43" TV, on an 8' ceiling and can comfortably walk under it. I had no wall space so a ceiling mount made sense and it worked out great. Definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This company is excellent. Response to emails was immediate. I needed access to the instruction manual before the product arrived so I could plan ahead for my very limited space available. As you can see in the video, I mounted this 65 inch Samsung curved TV in a very tight space on my ceiling. The operation is smooth and quiet and so far it works like a charm!
