When I bought the mask a year ago, I immediately understood what it was doing to help the vitality of my skin and underlying muscles. I think, and I’m not an expert, that it serves to stretch the muscles—and stretch in a good way for a few minutes, to keep them and the overlying fascia limber, loosening adhesions on the tissue. The other thing is lymph. When we hold tension in the muscles and fascia, lymph cannot move freely and do its job of clearing out waste from the tissue. The one thing I struggled with is getting the mask snagged in my hair, but I solved that with wearing a plastic shower cap. I wrap the bands over the cap. These days, I make the mask part of a morning process to get ready for a big day. I’ll take a shower and cleanse my face and hair, saturate my damp hair in a leave-in conditioner and put the shower cap on, and get a non-greasy slather of hylauronic acid or hydrating aloe Vera mask on my face. Sometimes I’ll add moisturize eye patches. Then I’ll carefully put the mask on. Then for 20 minutes, I’ll do a yin yoga session, stretching the rest of my body without aggressive movement, or lie down shavasana for 15 minutes. Then I’ll carefully remove the mask, and get on with the skincare or makeup or whatever, and I find all the hydration has sopped into my skin, my muscles have the benefit of reduced tension, and there’s nice circulation from the release. I would caution, be ultra gentle when you take off or put on the mask, and wash it gently. I air dry mine. Many thanks to Doctorcos for great customer service!

Absolute trash, doesn’t conform well to face, straps are made of hard plastic that dig in while sleeping, definitely not medical grade silicone. Huge waste of money

The idea of lifting was great. it did its purpose and I noticed a huge difference from the third day of using it. my upper eyelid became less saggy, and no under-eye puffiness. You need some time to get used to it in order to be able to adjust it to your face shape and not stretch your face the wrong way. The shape of the mask is not designed the best to fit in the nose and chin areas. the two annoying things are; 1- the clips are painful when used overnight while asleep. 2- it got ripped very fast from the lip area after the first week of use because I pulled it while asleep without opening the clips from the back. I wish if the shape of the mask was designed ina better way to fit the face more properly, have a different closure mechanism, and be stronger to last for at least a couple of months, I find it pricy for the time it lasted.

Fun, changing is noticeable to others Honestly, I wasn’t sure how effective this mask would be at first. But, I was curious if the dramatic changes I saw on before & after video was possible for me. For the first, it wasn't comfortable since it's tight fitting mask on my face, but decided to use it for a couple of weeks like the product description said in hope that I will see possible change. Even my children were laughing at me wearing the mask. Perhaps, my exception was too big, but I wasn’t sure if it was helping my facial skin. Then, yesterday my husband complimented me on how my face has changed. He said my facial skin looks smoother, radiant, and beautiful. It made me so happy for the hard work I put into to believing this mask! Why? My husband is not the type who would say that. Now, my daughters are using the mask too. I am very happy with this silicon mask, and it’s the best investment I made. Best of all, it’s reusable and it’s worth the money.

At first I couldn't get it to fit. For me, it's too large in the nose area and there is a huge gap in the forehead, although it fits snugly under the eyes. Customer support was excellent and gave many suggestions, none worked. Fast forward: I noticed an indentation in my waist from my jeans, which doesn't go away, even if I don't wear my jeans for a few days. I realized that this uses the same compression method. I also read reviews about someone hacking this mask using dental floss. So It thought I'd give it another try. I mostly want to firm and lift the lower cheek area, so the main hack is to tie a ribbon on the bottom clip, so I could hook it to across the back top of my head for an angled vertical lift, rather than horizontal 'lift'. This really helps lift the entire cheek and jaw area. I used the dental floss to tighten the loose areas of the mask, when possible, such as between the eyes. I also cut the upper lip, in a vertical line, as it was flattening out the area above my lip (not a good look). Then, I just clip the top half of this behind the head, normally, which pulls tightly across my under eyes and helps smooth out the brow area. There's a huge gap in the forehead area, which is OK since I mostly want to firm and lift the lower cheek area. Although the extreme V face shape looks great on Reese Whiterspoon and Alyssa Milano, My face shape is more Angelina Jolie, which I'd like to maintain. Thankfully, this mask doesn't change my face shape, and seems to firm and lift the cheeks, similar to the company photos. Be sure to snap a before and after if you want to monitor changes. I didn't take before and after photos, but definitely see subtle improvement (similar to the photos on this listing) after using this for 20 min daily, for 2 weeks. When you're feeling pain, take it off, and increase length of use over time. This is not supposed to hurt! I definitely wouldn't sleep in this, pretty sure it can affect teeth alignement, blood flow, and vein health, if used all night. There are effective products made to sleep in that don't press the nerves of the head. I like the ones by Blumbody. I haven't gotten into the habit of using them regularly, but definitely see a difference the next day whenever I use them. Since I rely on reviews, I'm taking the time to write this in case it helps. I'm trying to avoid invasive, unnatural and costly procedures which are also risky!

I’ve bought every type of silicone face patch and mask. This one is by far the best. It is thick and strong (has lasted well during the past few months of use) and the fit is great. It completely covers my entire face so it doesn’t leave lines/indents in my skin like smaller ones do (when I sleep or lie down in smaller ones or patches they leave marks around the edges). The adjustable hooks are genius and allow for a perfect fit with the mask molding perfectly on my face and touching all surfaces of my skin. I just need to attach them and then move them up or down to the correct position on the back of my head to ensure a perfect fit. The mask is not flat like many others - instead it is shaped to conform to the face shape. I use it to smooth out my skin (I wear it with the smooth side against my skin) and to help skincare products stay on the skin and and penetrate and it does both of these jobs wonderfully. I hope they never stop making this product (as I’m sure I’ll need a replacement at some stage). I wish it were cheaper but I’ve easily spent at least this much on silicone masks and patches that didn’t work.

I was sooo excited to try this. The videos really make it look convincing. however, the size does not fit all. the nose area was way too big. It left a ring around my mouth. and you have to be super careful about all of your skin or it will pinch it and create new wrinkles. basically, it just creates new and weird wrinkles. it felt good on but after half an hour i did not see any difference or lifting and it just left weird marks on my face. there's also no instructions on how long youre supposed to wear it. 2 stars instead of one because it could be a cool mask to wear to a costume party. plan to return it. hope they accept returns. too big. doesn't fit. doesn't really work.

The outside packaging arrived fine. Upon opening it, the "box" the mask was in was already opened with the safety seal BROKEN. Upon taking the mask out, it was covered in spots and very filthy. I could tell by the flimsiness and unevenness of the mask it had been used. Even in the right condition, I cannot imagine this flimsy see-through piece of plastic being worth $60, ever! To make things just as bad, I found a dirty, used PAPER TOWL at the bottom the box as you can see in the last picture! Talk about disgusting! Not only do I not want this thing anywhere by my face, but I don't even want it in my home!
