A bit spendy but a premium quality product.
Good stuff. Probably the best I've tasted.I use it when I've run out of the ultra pasteurized organic milk I buy at Costco.Mostly though I use this to make chilled (fake) cappuccino drinks. I'll use this powdered milk, some Taster's Choice instant coffee, a bit of sugar, and 16 ounces of filtered spring water.I heat a cup of water for a minute, pour it into a 20 ounce blending cup, add the sugar and instant coffee, and then use an electric hand blender/wisk to dissolve/mix these. Then I'll add some room temp water to fill to the 16 ounce mark, and then wisk in the instant milk with the hand blender. I'll pour into a bottle and chill for later. Tastes pretty good.

Excellent quality and excellent taste!

Tastes fine.
UPDATE: I'm still happy with the product, but I've just noticed that it has double the amount of fat as regular whole milkPleased with this purchase. It tastes good and the price is good. It mixes well. I take out what I need and add an equal amount of water and stir well. Then I pour it into a glass quart bottle. There may be a few clumps in the bottom but all you have to do is add a little bit more water and stir again to dissolve them. Then add that into the bottle and add more water to make a quart. Mixing with a small amount of water works best and then adding more.

Best powdered whole milk I've purchased
I'm used to Nido, and this tastes just the same or even slightly better. The cost is lower than almost all other options in Amazon and even in Halal and international stores that are around me. I tried another brand in Amazon that is pure whole fat milk (without soy lecithin, which is simply there to help dissolve the milk into water without clumps). I didn't like the taste and so I was searching for a good quality brand. This Red Cow product was it.

Dairy is expensive - try this stuff.
I am a very picky eater. It started at the age of 1 1/2 to 2 years, I never grew out of it. That being said, the Red Cow Full Cream Milk Powder is an excellent replacement for fresh dairy. It's shelf stable, you only refrigerate leftovers. Has all the characteristics required for baking or cooking with milk as an ingredient. The only thing I haven't mastered are puddings in the J box. For some reason, it's not as simple as adjusting the liquid measure, which is water, after making sure I incorporate the two powders (J boxed powder and Red Cow Full Cream Milk Powder together. It turns out runny, or turns into gummy paste. Blech. The hard for me to master J box puddings are the cook and serve. Instant puddings don't have the same issues. I use a hand mixer, or my food processor. Either works. Although the food processor is faster and powers through lumpy liquids, making them smooooooth. (lol)Overall, in spite of the J box mishap, this product works a treat. If you are trying to save money, like I am, by reducing the amount of food I end up throwing away, I have an empty milk jug that sits by and waits to be filled half full of store bought, liquid milk. It doesn't matter whether it's full fat, 2%, fat free, or any milk substitute. To start, using the recipe recommended on the can, 1:1 ratio of milk powder and lukewarm water. It will be lumpy, but the more vigorous the stirring, and a pass through a sieve to get the teeny tiny little lumps, you'll have a cheaper milk product in your fridge. The milk powder also works well straight out of the can as a dairy creamer for coffee or tea. The powder likes warm to the touch water. It will be lumpy in cool, cold water, and performs the same in water that is too hot. Yes, I get lumps in my coffee and tea, but they will dissolve as the temperature drops in your cup.Cooking with Red Cow Full Cream Milk Powder is easy peasy, add the powder to your dry ingredients and mix well. Too well. You can't over-mix at this stage. Add water to the liquid(s) used in your recipe, calculated from the amount of powder added to the dry ingredients. I sieve the liquid directly into the dry ingredients. Mash out the most egregious lumps, passing it through a second time with liquid reserved for this purpose. It's not really necessary, as I haven't had any lumpy gravy or cream sauces using Red Cow Full Cream Milk Powder, but I do it anyway. As for taste. It tastes like milk. I have never been a milk drinker, but I do eat cereal. There is a slight flavour I can't pinpoint, but it's not bad. Disappears if dividing and adding to your milk percentage of choice. Also, much better tasting when icy cold. My daughter puts her smaller 1/2 gallon container in the freezer, partially icing up the container. She said she can't tell the difference. And there you have it. A very satisfied customer, indeed!!

Your body and taste buds will love this!
Don't use nasty, artificial creamers in your good coffee! Have you really read the labels on "non-dairy" creamer? Besides the aluminum, it's full of all sorts of scary stuff. Nothing better than pure, whole milk. If you're on a keto diet, this is a boon. Great for creamy, rich hot chocolate. Wonderful stuff.

You will not regret buying this - THE BEST!!!
This milk dissolves instantly, tastes great and does not leave your cup coated with milkfat (unlike others I have tried). The can is awesome, too!
