Q: Does this spoiler have the mounting post guides?

No it doesn’t ,the holes should match up with your factory holes from your factory spoiler

Sorry, the trunk spoiler fits Ford Mustang coupe only.

It will align perfectly with the factory wing holes

Q: Can you provide picture of the bottom of the spoiler and mounting nuts?

Doesn't come with nuts. I would recommend going to your big box home improvement store and buying bolts that thread into the spoiler and cutting the heads off. Use two nuts to tighten studs into spoiler. Remove nuts and align studs with trunk holes. Install spoiler and install washers and nuts to underside. Mush easier and better torque on nuts.
