This is it. You found it.
This is the bag you are looking for. If you want to take a stranger at his word, click buy now. If you are more cautious, congratulations! Read on.I did so much research, buying, and returning to find this bag. When I saw there were only 9 reviews I thought I'd be a jerk not to share. Before I finally got to this bag I tried out The Arena Team 45L, the previous iteration of the Speedo Teamster, Speedo Teamster Pro, and the TYR Alliance 45L. They are all very good bags, but the Teamster 2.0 checks every box, and a few others. The others were missing just one or two things. If you go with any of the bags I mentioned above, I'm sure you'll be happy. They're all good and will get the job done. Also, as a side note, I did this all on my own dime, no one is paying me to share this, or giving me any products (sadly). I should also note this will be my 3rd Speedo Teamster. I bought the original one back in 2008. They've come a very long way. I currently use the Teamster duffle. They don't even make it anymore, and for a good reason... duffle bags suck, a personal opinion.I'm just going to stick with the features & functions of the Teamster 2.0, nothing about the other bags. The 2.0 is smaller than the other bags by about 10L. I wish it were 45L, that would be awesome. (Speedo, are you listening?!). I have big feet, and you know what they say about guys with big feet... big fins! The main compartment holds my XL fins, my kick-pull (a pull buoy, kickboard hybrid), paddles, a full sized beach towel, and my wet bag. It all fits, but a little extra room, say... 10L... would be great. There is also a laptop sleeve, which, ok, but I'll be looking for a way to re-purpose it. Maybe a kickboard? Each side has two pockets. One side has two full zippered pockets. The top pocket is smaller, but it's deceptively deep, which is a bonus. Outside of this pocket there are nylon loops that would be great for event tags, or a carabiner. The lower pocket has a separator, clip lanyard, and pen slots It opens fully like a drawbridge. Outside the pocket is another plastic clip. The other side has the same small pocket above. Below that is a water bottle pocket. My 1L Camelbak barely fits, but something smaller would be fine. Of course, you can put whatever you like it in.The front pocket is the biggest improvement. It seems like someone figured out that a suit, wet or dry, doesn't take up so much room. The wet compartment on my last two Speedo bags was gigantic. I could put my size 13 boots in them. Who needs that much space? Not to mention, doing so eats up the main compartment space. Now, the wet compartment on this thing is nice and shallow, enough for a suit and maybe a little more wet gear. It also won't take up much of the main compartment. The only other bag I saw do this was the Arena Team 45L. Also, the wet compartment still has the mesh ventilation, but they've covered the mesh with a nylon cover. It still allows airflow and drainage from the bottom. The nylon will definitely protect the mesh from getting ripped/torn.Finally, the details. The zippers are reasonable. They could be a little beefier, but they work just fine. The pulls have nice loops (to attach more stuff??) The shoulder straps and hand holds are great. The straps have a few extra nylon loops (think molle). It also has a sternum strap, which, again, ok. I never use it (and will probably end up cutting off). The back has nice padding.A few things missing from the previous generation: the bleacher pad (and it's dedicated compartment), the dirt bag, and the waist/hip strap (totally unnecessary). Also, check out the photos I posted. These were the photos I was looking for and couldn't find, so I took them myself.

Great Swim Team Bag
My daughter uses this bag for swim team and it's holding up well. It's been about 3 months and it still looks brand new. Lots of compartments and enough space for 2 - 3 towels, clothes, and whatever else she needs.

Excellent quality!
I absolutely love my Speedo bag. I managed a local swim club and I used this bag the entire summer. It carried everything from my towels, to my extra crocs, food, money, change of clothes, etc. excellent quality and the leopard pattern is so cute!!

Bad Top Zipper & not a lot of extra compartments
So I swim competitively at my high school, summer league, and also just on my own time. I got the purple color and it’s gorgeous. But I’m kind of underwhelmed to be honest. It has a big main space but the 3 side pockets are almost just for show. All I could fit in each one was something tiny. In the pocket above the bottle pocket, I put ONE pair of goggles. In the other small pocket, I put TWO swim caps, and the third pocket is longer but it’s so shallow, the only thing I would be able to put there is my phone. My “ladies” bag, my deodorant, and my brush all have to go in that pocket on the inside. But honestly that doesn’t bother me as much as the zipper. On the smaller pockets, the zippers are fine. But the large main pocket’s zipper just doesn’t zip and unzip well. I have to unzip it slowly because of the curvy design- which isn’t exactly the best when you’ve gotta run out the locker room cause Coach is yelling.I’m going to trade the backpack with another just to see if the zippers are better.

Teamster Large (35L) Review/Comparison to Pro
The large Teamster is Speedo's replacement bag to the Speedo Performance Pro (the big one, not the medium Pro). The bag has some significant changes for those who are used to the Pro (like we are), and they are worth noting if you are adverse to change like many of us.While the Speedo reports that the volume for the Pro is the same (35L) as the large Teamster, this new Teamster version is taller and narrower. It deceivingly looks smaller (even his coach thought so), but when I stacked it up next to my son's old Pro bag, it is clearly not smaller in volume. This design looks better on my tall skinny boys, but could prove problematic for a short child. The backpack straps appear to be pretty much the same, but the padding/meshy area on the back is a little different (narrower section - only in the middle). Since swimmers generally aren't carrying these bags long distances, I don't think this design change matters much.My only complaint over this new tall/slim design, is the bag does not stay upright very well when you set it down on the ground. I'm hoping once it breaks in (the back seems much stiffer, even after removing the free seat cushion from the back pocket), and/or if we stuff something bulky/heavy at the bottom (towel or shoes for instance), it would likely sit upright like the old style Pro. This seems to annoy me more than my son, since he just leans the bag up against other bags at the pool - or just tosses it on the ground anyhow. If you think about it, MOST regular (e.g. school type) backpacks don't sit upright unless they're full. Similar concept here with the Teamster's narrower design. If this is a deal breaker, you'd better stock up on the Pro before they're gone. The outside mesh pockets are a bit taller too, which means a water bottle will actually stay put better (never would stay in the Pro). Most of the other pockets seem about the same. There's a spot for pens in this bag. Great for your Sharpies for race days. The handle on top is no longer integrated with the backpack straps - it's just a stand alone handle - and the top zipper pocket is not as wide as the previous bag. I tend to roll up beach towels so they are long and skinny, and this new design actually works better for that. I can fit two large Costco beach towels now side by side, whereas they would stick out the top on the old bag unless I folded them differently. Yes, it takes a teeny bit more effort to get them in the bag (since the main compartment opening is smaller), but at least you can zip up the bag when you've got them in. Folding the towels the "short" way to make them fit the Pro took longer anyhow.I'm still on the fence about all these changes, but I think ultimately I will like this pack better (thus my 5 stars). My son sure does, but only because he likes the camo color better. Which, by the way, looks exactly like the photo. Dark green with purple and teal and neon yellow. I think it's a nice gender neutral color.I would not bother with the 25L unless you have a very small 6 or 7 yr old using it, and don't mind upgrading in a few years. These bags last for years (they'll grow into it), and we've even washed our old one in the wash machine after it got too "funky" smelling. I bought the large size for my 9 yr old for his birthday. On the other hand, it's fun to get a new bag every few years anyhow if you don't mind forking out the money.
