We installed this shower head/sprayer combo in each of our bathrooms as we love the features and the fact that it perfectly matches our decor. Delta is also a reputable brand that should last for many years to come. Though we have replaced the sprayer hoses with a longer matte black longer one in some of the bathrooms, we feel the length of the included hose works perfectly for showering. Our application required the hand-held sprayer to reach the ground (to clean our dog!), but for most people that doesn't matter.The dial on the right side allows you to change between only hand-held sprayer, shower head, or both (3 settings). The stream on our 60PSI water is comfortable but becomes stronger when using only the hand-held sprayer - just the way we like it!There is also a wiper that can be moved side to side on the handheld sprayer that changes the spray pattern, regardless if its clipped into the shower head or held in hand.A definite quality product that I highly recommend – even at the premium price.

Bought a new house and needed a hand-held to help clean the shower and my puppy but didn't want to lose the rain shower head. This fits the bill for style. I didn't want to pay a plumber to do it and installation was very easy for this single lady. I needed channel locks to loosen the existing shower head but after that don't use any tools (it will damage the finish and isn't necessary). I removed the water regulator (this voids the warranty btw) and am happy with the water pressure.Pro- tips:* The water regulator is the blue plastic piece in the part that attaches to the main pipe. First, take out the gasket (you'll need it). YouTube shows people removing the regulator with needle nose pliers. I did that and it just broke the bracket pieces. It was easy to poke a hole in the center then I was stuck. I ended up using a wine opener to get it out - insert the corkscrew just under the blue piece and work it out (like you would a cork).* I used plumber tape but it doesn't need to be wrapped all the way up the threds. The shower head will only go a little way then you have exposed plumber tape.

Overall I am pretty satisfied with this shower head. It’s very stylish and quality - Even it’s plastic but feels like metal. However, $180 for a shower head is really overpriced. The only reason I would like to Spend a lot on it was that I heard lots of horrible stories such as the cheap china shower head falling out after 6 months people bought it... hope my purchase is worth it. Let’s see.

After reading through a bunch of reviews on here, we purchased this showerhead when it was on sale for like $120. I didn't realize it didn't come with the arm, but my husband looked at me like I was a moron when I mentioned that, so he knew. It did come in a pretty non-descript, white box, which was odd. I had read about the low pressure, so he removed the regulator before installing. As a result, the pressure is perfect. If we had a large shower, I would definitely want a longer hose. As it stands, this is perfect for our current shower size. I like the different spray options. I use the handheld part when I'm cleaning the shower and it's perfect. We've had it for a couple months now and no issues. I don't know that I'd pay full price for though. We are planning to buy a second one for the other bathroom, once it goes on sale again.Oh, and in regards to installation, the husband says "it went on like butter."

Replaced the standard shower heads that were also Delta with this one. Easy to install and no leaks. I do modify them and take out the flow filter for better water pressure, however, but I’ve done that with every shower head I’ve ever owned.

The spray selector stopped working after a few months. Now it doesn't stay on some modes but leaks through the other holes. Also, the magnet that holds the two parts together Isa bit weaker than it should be (easy to knock the handheld part off, which sprays water everywhere). The build is otherwise pretty good. Bought a similar head for guest bath and it blew the hose after a month or so.When I bought this it was displayed as a $400+ shower head marked down to about $200. I would have been livid if I paid $400 for this. In my humble opinion it's not even worth the $200 I paid. You can get a comparable device for about $100 or less. I'm all for supporting American businesses, but $200 for this was too much. The current price is about $160. I'd have been happier with that but it mostly works.One thing is that having both the top and hand sprayer on reduces the pressure...like a LOT. I have incredible water pressure as I'm in a basement apartment in a large complex, but it is still just a trickle with both sprayers on. The different modes are not really that different either. I feel like they just wanted to say it had X amount of settings.Materials are pretty good, metal jacketed hose is a plus so you know it won't blow out (important when you have high water pressure). The rest is plastic, but feels sturdy.
