Great product and even better customer service! We received the rack missing one of the knobs used to mount the arms that hold the bikes in place. We sent an email to the seller and they not only replaced the item, they gave us a few extra as well. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. The bike rack works great for the space we needed it for. Highly recommend!

Easy and quick assembly. Sturdy and seems well made. However, four of the “bumpers” that hold the bikes were deformed. I heated them to soften them and they then slid on the rails. Seller did respond with a promise to send four new bumpers and did refund $22 and change. I’m certainly satisfied with seller’s response. I have four bikes on mine - see photo - albeit one is smaller child bike.

I bought the RaxGo bike storage rack a few months ago and I must say that I am very happy with this bike storage rack. Assembly was very easy with basic tools and I store the bike rack in my garage with easy access to my road bike. Keeps my garage with less cluttered bikes on the floor, and more organized with the bike storage for all my family's bikes. Hopefully it will last a lifetime (many years). Only time will tell.

So far, so good! I have four bikes mounted -- a hardtail bike and a full suspension mountain bike placed on the lower rack and two lightweight carbon road bikes on the upper rack.It took some finagling to fit the bikes properly because of the odd frame geometries I had to deal with, but all fit and the set-up feels very solid and stable.

The build on this was - ok. You get what you pay for. This rack will not work with step-thru racks!- Instructions were not great. Also completely left out a step at the end. What am I going to do with those plastic things? Oh, wait - you slide them on to the arms.- Why am I putting the feet on the base after I put the base together? You should put the feet on before to avoid turning the base over.- This thing is wobbly when you first put it together. Be careful to straighten it out so both sides of the base are flat on the ground.- Step-thru bikes - the ones without the cross bar between the front and rear posts - will not sit on the two arms of this rack.- Put your heavier bikes on the bottom arms! This thing will fall over if you put two heavy bikes up top and accidentally bump the rack. I tested this out and it is unstable with lighter bikes on the bottom and heavy at the top.- The screw on stops that keep the arms from falling are not great.I STRONGLY suggest you buy straps or craft some kind anchor and attach this rack to a wall for the safest possible setup.

Works great, it’s sturdy, how many it can fit really depends on your bike, I have two beach cruisers for teenagers that fit great, but my chopper bicycle which is bulky , fit on the bottom rack. I can see you would be hard pressed with 4 adult bikes

Hold four bikes and leaves room in the garage for other items. I did have a bit of difficulty getting all four bikes on but after a bit of rearranging I did it.

This (4) bike rack serves its purpose. It created much needed space in my garage. I think its a little costly nevertheless, it works. The only downside to it, the actual plastic bracket that holds it in place freely slides.
