Elebra: Productivity in a Bottle (w/ Phosphatidylserine, Huperzine A & More; Veggie Pills) | Supports Focus & Concentration

I liked these vitamins and felt a little bit more focused and energetic. I wish it gave me more energy though. I found the packaging, name, and description a bit misleading.

I purchased this product because for the last couple of years I have had trouble focusing, to the point where I find it difficult to be productive at all. This seemed like a cheap option and was worth giving it a try.I read all of the reviews first, some saying it worked perfectly and others saying it was rubbish and not to waste my money.I decided to give it a try anyway and see if I could clear some of this up. I do want to again point out that it is a little suspicious that those who gave it 5 stars have never reviewed any other products. This could be a little foul play from the Elebra company to boost sales.I received the product next day using amazon prime. The supplement comes in some nice packaging in a little bag with a business card that explains how to use the supplement. The packaging is possibly the best thing about this product and I recon thats what you are paying for.I tried a few different experiments to see how effective this supplement actually was. To begin with I tried taking 3 capsules (Recommended dose) in the morning on an empty stomach. I found that there was no benefit, the only thing I noticed was a slight burning sensation at the back of my throat around 20 minutes after consumption.The next thing I tried was taking 3 capsules with food water and coffee as it suggests on the business card. I felt a little more active and energised but I honestly believe that this was the effects of the expresso kicking in and not the supplement.I also tried to see if there were any placebo effects from the pill. I had a friend give me either a multivitamin or the Elebra supplement and he would keep a note of my reaction. Truth be told I actually felt more of a difference with the multivitamin than Elebra.Overall, I would strongly advise you not to take, buy or consume this product. The fact that this is a supplement means it is not even FDA approved. This supplement is manufactured in FDA approved facilities but you really cant be sure what you are taking. If you feel as though you are suffering from lack of concentration and focus then maybe consult with a doctor or a trained professional.

Elebra will send you a sample of their product before you buy it, I highly suggest doing that if you're concerned about its ability to help you focus and stay alert.So far I'm on my first bottle of Elebra and it does work. In fact it continued to work throughout most of the day for me. So here are some tips for first timers looking to purchase this product:-Take note of the amount of caffeine you take in daily. If you're rolling on 3 energy drinks a day and see Elebra as something to use in replacement of those, then you're going to have a tough time feeling the full affect since energy drinks have a huge amount of caffeine per serving. I believe one energy drink (Monster or Rockstar) has about 160mg. If you're on two of those a day that is a pretty high (and possibly dangerous) amount of caffeine. Elebra is more or less for those folks like me who will have 1-2 cups a coffee a day.-Take as suggested with water and food. The vitamin B's work most effectively when you eat something and if you're not hydrated and you're hungry, energy is less likely to come from Elebra as your mind and body need fuel.-Take 2 with a regular cup of coffee as the owners say they do. This will give you a nice boost in caffeine along with all of the benefits of the vitamins and herbs in the pill.-Be aware of how much caffeine intake you are used to per day. A regular old cup of joe has about 80mg, whereas a dark roasted coffee form Starbucks in the Venti cups have about 140mg. Most energy drinks have the amount of caffeine listed.The ingredients elebra uses have been shown to do what the company says the pills are supposed to do. They have taken the time to combine ingredients to make a supplement someone can take to get the benefits from all of the ingredients at once.

I like this but it's too expensive for what it is, in my opinion. At least it's too expensive for my budget.I thought that it was a 30 day supply until I got the bottle and see that a serving size is 3 capsules that one can take every 6 hours so, one could use up 6 of these a day and then this bottle becomes a 5 day supply.Now, I don't think most people need that much but it certainly isn't a month's supply.As far as the product, I am not sure if it is the culprit or not, but by the end of the day I am feeling pretty edgy. This is not a calm energy (and neither is caffeine) but it's not jittery either. I think it would be better to eat well, exercise, blah, blah and then add a bit of coffee or tea to that every once in a while. I think it would accomplish the same thing.I don't feel more focused but, to be fair, getting me focused is yeoman's work.
