This water dish is perfect for baby quail or other small birds to keep them from getting wet.

Perfect bottoms to fit Mason jars or plastic jars from the garm store. Not too big not too small.

Because this is just the base you have to put the water in something else to dispense it. I used a small mouth mason jar. The water will fill the base initially but you have to check it regularly to make sure the quail have not put food in it to stop it up and that the water flows like it is supposed to.

These were the perfect size for my newest hatchlings! It gives them enough space for drinking without giving them room to drown. They screw perfectly on the regular mouth Mason jars.

Just perfect for baby quail.
