I guess I expected the quality to be the same as the bands at the gym I use. The most resistant band is not as resistant as I would like it. The bands are a bit narrower than my bands at the gym that I use to go to before COVID 19. The slider is also a bit cheap feeling. It won't last long. The slider feels like a piece of cardboard wrapped in some type of nylon material. It probably won't last long, but I hopefully will be back at the gym soon. I would have paid a bit more to get a better quality fitness set if I could have found one on Amazon, but I did not see anything. It serves it's purpose, however, just not the quality I was looking for.
