Muy satisfecho, hice la orden el 3 de noviembre y la maquina llegó el 9 de noviembre, muy bien empacada ,fácil para hacerla trabajar e instalar los drivers aunque soy un aprendiz, ya estoy haciendo pruebas, instrucciones de inicio claras y fáciles, 5 estrellas

So let me explain how all this went down . My wife bought this for me as a Father’s Day gift . When this machine arrived it took me a month to get tech support to finally set machine up . When tech support called they spoke broken English at best after the machine was set up I was left alone with the machine to figure it out . After I left a bad review I was contacted by some one from America who talked me into changing my review to a positive review . Tom was my new friends name . Said he would help me my he liked at my system and told me that o actually should not have bought the laser that it was way to advance for me and that it would take a extremely long time for me to learn the system . After that initial talk on the phone my wife had serious health issues arrive and it took me several months to get back in touch with Tom (that’s all on me ) when I did get in touch with Tom I wanted to get my rotary set up so that I could engrave cups . Tom took control of my computer for about 10 mins and said for me to call him back one my system had updated and he would complete the process . I called Tom back and he text me and said he was on another call and would get back to me a soon as he was done . That was a week ago . So far no call back . To say that I am upset with this process is an understatement . If you want to but this product DO NOT buy it from Amazon. Do your research and buy it from someone who offers tech support . This is a very large investment that I can not make any money off of because I have no support what so ever .

The after-sales support from this company has been phenomenal. They are quick to respond, and super helpful. The laser was packaged and setup really well. It does come in a large heavy wooden crate so you should be ready with a crowbar to get it out. This will also work with LightBurn when their fiber laser plugin is ready sometime this year. Highly recommend using that software once it’s available.

We bought this machine to engrave parts instead of tying up a 4-axis CNC machine to do the same thing. The laser is more versatile and does amazing quality work and you never have to worry about breaking a carbide bit! The seller was very responsive and easy to deal with. The machine arrived quickly and has been a workhorse around our shop ever since. Very happy with this purchase!

The laser is perfect. It was easy to install and works fine. It got here in two weeks. The only problem I had was that the seller provided incorrect tracking information and I had to chase it down.

Great product and great customer service! We weren’t sure how to use some of the features of the rotary program and Julia was very helpful in making sure everything was working for us. They even remote accessed our computer to show us how to use the rotary features. The product itself is great and will engrave almost any material from polymer to hard steel.

Great product, great service. Shipping was fast and every question I’ve had has been answered quickly. Overall I’m really happy; the machine is really powerful and the more time I put into using it, the happier I am with what it’s capable of.

Very impressed with this unit. Shipped quickly and great experience overall. Instructions were clear and I was engraving within 30 minutes of unpacking the unit. Already have my second unit on order.
