After 2 year i m facing issue of error code 5 constantly not fixed yet

Bad productI had purchased device in October 24 from Amazon.It is not working.My hospital device also is purchased in November 25.It is also out of order.Online shopping does not show after service stations.Seller must mention after sale service places.

This product was my second buy of same model but when i bought the second one (after 6 months of first one) it was giving good response. After 2-3 months when we used it, the product didn't turn on with usb or cells. We contacted the service center & the device was replaced but it took 20=30 days in replacement.The replacement was a new device which we liked but we are seeing there are some issues in accuracy in the new device.

Very good product for the price, readings are consistent. Display is very easy to read. Buttons are soft and easy to use. Batteries last much longer than the machines other manufacturers. One star less as it DOES NOT come with the power adapter. It's mentioned on the product page as optional and written as included in the package. Also, original bpl power is not available anywhere. You have to buy it from third party makers which is a hit or miss.

Excellent
