B is a very important (and largely underestimated) contributor to mood, mental health and neurological health. Anyone experiencing neuropathy, nerve injury or other concerns should look at increasing their B intake. The body cannot 'store' B because it's water soluble, so it's all the more important to keep your B levels up.
